Our local Post Office should consider promoting "Jeff" to be their ambassador. It is obvious to my wife and I that he takes his job seriously. He always wears a smile and cares for your packages as though they were his. I witnessed him the other day putting my neighbors empty trash can back. The USPS needs more "Jeff's."

refuse to deliver mail when its cold out. Just marks the package as requested to be held by customer and then ditch my mail back at the office. Lazy, rude and fraud. Didnt deliver my absentee ballot either. Now i can't vote in the 2020 elects my state is no longer accepting mail in.

We have a lazy and rude mail carrier! She won’t deliver our packages after we have filled out a request where she is to deliver our pkgs. I was explaining this to her when she just drove off. We aren’t the only ones who have trouble with her delivering the mail

Im glad were not alone. Our delivery carrier here at country club villa is so rude and lazy, makes us all mad she wont do her job here in the complex. They dont care at the post office either. Sad.

Thanks for not answering your phone. I thought it was important but evidently I was wrong.
