Your carriers will use code to get in building, use key to open mailbox and leave notice for your packages but not the packages.

No one in my whole building received their mail or packages on 10/14/18. This ridiculous. YOU know the code.

1/12/18 ATTN John McCosh I would like to give Donna McWhorter a commendation for excellent customer service. She helped me intercept a package by contacting the mail carrier so it would be returned to sender rather than delivered to the wrong address in Oklahoma City. I have not lived in Oklahoma City for 5 years and I live in Santa Cruz, California now. I had ordered a handbag from Dooney & Bourke and they corrected the address on my order but somehow it went to Oklahoma City anyways I really appreciate her help in catching it at the last minute so it didn't go to the wrong address and possibly get lost or something. Thank You, Catherine Carter
