I literally just got off the phone with this post office located in Oklahoma City, OK . The woman I spoke to told me that her name was Kim and that she was the manager. Kim was pleasant in assisting me with having a letter redelivered tomorrow and I am appreciative of her assistance. I also explained to Kim that my mail has consistently been missing and/or misplaced numerous times. My neighbor has given me my mail and I have had her mail delivered to my home. The name and address were correct on all articles. Kim stated that the subs sometimes put the mail in the incorrect mailboxes, and she then apologized. I briefly told her that it wasn't a sub on multiple occasions, and I described the mailman to confirm if he was the right one and she confirmed that his name is Marty. After Kim confirms that that indeed is my mailman, she makes more excuses. Kim stated that the drivers are tired and have a lot of mail to delivery, so on and so forth. There are not any excuses for this type of behavior. I have never had this many problems with mail being delivered in my entire life. It would be wise to hold employees accountable, it shows that you actually care not only about your employees, but yourself as well. Making excuses just delays correction and the problem results into something much bigger in the long run.

Manny, at the Britton post office, is a very difficult person to work with. I have had a mail forward request in since January 3.this was ignored, mail continued to be delivered to my home. ( He had it in his system, his words,) yet he has refused to find out why. I have called him three times in the last 10 days to get “ things corrected” yet he hangs up as he is “ too busy to take my corrected information “. He has essentially hung up on me three times. I just wish there was someone in that office that cared. It would take 5 minutes, if only he would listen or at least dove the issue so that he wouldn’t be bothered. I have rarely dealt with a worse employee anywhere than this man is to me. An awful culture in that office. There is more malfeasance but that would be overwhelming.
