So much for the much quoted Postal mantra; Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. We received no mail yesterday. Years ago we received mail twice per day, during snowstorms in Illinois. By Postmen that WALKED the route.

Broken Arrow. I submitted address change mid Dec to be effective Jan 1 I received confirmation of the change. Come Jan 1 most of my mail started to be returned to sender. A few were delivered to previous address. When I call the P.O. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Very dissatisfied.

Broken arrow post office is a disgrace. Been trying to call for days and they disconnect me. My mail delivery person has been stuffing my packages in my mailbox when they are too big too fit and it is causing damage to my package. They also cannot close my mailbox because the package is sticking out so my mailbox contents are visible for all to see until I get home from work. If only their mail delivery person were as pathetic as they are.

Been trying to talk to a live person via their phone number. Recorded message says “stay on the line, a operator will be with you shortly”. It rings and rings…. Then a disconnect. I’ve called in over six times with the same result. Unacceptable…. But I’ll keep trying. This is ridiculous.

The attendants at the counter are always efficient and polite. Thx. We just arrived home from a trip. For the first time we used your stop mail delivery service. We received a confirmation that the mail would be held. We arrived last night, and this morning there was a large stack of mail in our mailbox. I tried to call about this three times. No one answers the phone even the answering machine says that someone will. How can I trust you to use this service again? And why not just say on the answering machine that no one is going to answer the phone since that is what happens. Again, those who work at the counters are wonderful. Thx.

Watched the mail person drive past my mailbox and then 5 minutes later I received a notice on email unable to deliver mail. The neighbors lawn service was parked in front of our mailboxes so I am guessing the mail person did not want to get out of mail truck to deliver. So sick of the unprofessional individuals working for the United States Post Office

My mail is spotty at best. I will go days without mail then all at once I will get my mail with some of it outdated by 4 or 5 days. I have made multiple complaints but nothing has been corrected or changed. Apparently this is all they know how to do is mess up. I never expect my mail on time that way they can never let me down day after day after day........

I need to file a complaint with the post office about my mail, I am very upset with the last three days. Monday I had asked for my mail she said I had some but didn’t give it to me or was it in my mail box, then today I was supposed to receive a government child tax check an she didn’t put it in my mail box or hand it to me, she’s also been putting my mail in others mails box’s it’s happen 3 almost 4 times now. I am very upset, an I want my mail delivered today or I will take this to a higher power.

Very bad service. Counter clerk left to inside while so many people are waiting for the service. I heard he was asking some one about beacon or pepper jack for the lunch and did not show up for 20 minutes while I was waiting on the line. What a shame service once we were proud of ?

I've been trying for the past week to get a very important and specifically requested package that the postman has. He was given my direct contact information and I still have not heard from him. There IS a forwarding address on file with your office - although he said that he didn't see one. I've been receiving mail so I know that one exists. How on earth can I get someone there to answer the phone before making the long drive to your facility to see if my package is being held there. This is all so frustrating.

Your handler that delivers to my home is either intentionally stealing valuable mail, or is incompetent at reading addresses. First a debit card never delivered, and now a title. I expect to be contacted immediately, as I’ve tried without success to contact customer service. If things aren’t resolved, we may see an attorney and seek legal options. I’m disgusted that I even have to do this. It is a federal crime to steal mail. Have some decency!

Jacob the same thing is happening to me! I’ve had 2 checks from UMB bank just mysteriously gone. I see them in my informed delivery but the mail carrier is purposely sending it back. And it’s only something from a financial service that I’m having problems receiving. Let’s get a lawyer together!

02/23/2021: Why has our first class mail (74011) been held up for days / weeks, to include Express Script prescriptions? Additionally, you do not answer your published phone number. This mail service is sub-par and unacceptable. Request an explanation forthwith! Thank you. Mike King

I have not received my mail in 5 days. I have been waiting for some important documents to come. When I call all I get is that covid is going through there offices. My wife and I believe they are using this as an excuse for not wanting to deliver our mail in the snow. If they where short on drivers, then they need to have the carrier's that are not missing work to miss there route one day to deliver ours and then do there the next day and so on. So that everyone can get there mail. I also will be contacting the post general about this.

I have not gotten mail delivery since Feb 13. I see the carrier delivering mail in my neighborhood, yet she does not stop at our box. I KNOW I have mail coming (informed delivery). What’s going on??! This is ridicules!

We've had no mail delivery since Thursday February 11th! My car is snowed in, but I see other people driving the streets. Certainly your mail truck can manage.

I'm sick and tired of our lazy mail driver not delivering out certified mail. I've made 3 complains on her and nothing is being done. She is too lazy to get out of her truck to deliver our mail. I've shown the post office supervisor the videos. I had to pay penelties on my tags because of her. NOTHING is being done. This is total BS. I will be contacting the post master general TODAY.

Concerned about the caution tape covering a free standing mail delivery box located at 8801 W. San Antonio, Broken Arrow. I witnessed a citizen, not a USPS employee, placing caution tape completely around the blue mail box. I am unsure if this is legal referring to the retracted statement from the Post Master General, Louis DeJoy. I was under the impression that all blue mail boxes were not to be removed until after the first of the year, 2021. The individual placing the caution tape around the blue mail box was driving a black Tahoe, with OK plates, female with blonde hair approximately 5'4".

This is the worst place. They fired all the good employees and their post master “Randy” is awful to customers. I’ve heard him yell at both customers and employees and call them “stupid” or “dumb shits”. The little fat assistant mgr, “Kyle” is just as bad and another employee “George” hits on all women, even though he claims to be married.

I have not gotten my mail in OVER A MONTH! It is returned as undeliverable. I've lived at the same address for two years. I called the post office and it took over 20 rings for anyone to answer. They told me they would look into it. Nothing. I am still getting no mail and no one answers the phone at the post office! I have to deal with Social Security and also state mail. If any mail is returned to them, I'm going to have a lot to deal with. What is wrong with them?!?!?

Out of the three mail services I have had, tulsa,. Bixby and broken arrow, Broken arrow has been the worse for getting your mail to you instead of anyone else in your neighborhood. I need to depend on neighbors returning the misdirected mail to me. When placing a note on my mail box asking carrier to look more closely at the addresses is completely ignored. Poor mail service. Needs to go to a private business and get away from government mgmt.

I've never had a problem with the post office in Broken Arrow. They've always been polite, pleasant, and have taken care of my needs with swift efficiency. My problem is with the mail carrier. For some reason the last few months, my mail goes to my neighbors instead of me. I get a copy of the mail on my email so I'm aware of what I'm supposed to get but it gets delivered to them. I've been here for 12 years and this is getting worse. My neighbor may be out of town for a week or so and then I don't get my mail until they return. This needs to be taken care of. I'm on hold for the 3rd time with USPS trying to get this taken care of but hold times are like 45-50 minutes. No one should have to wait that long to launch a complaint.

I had this problem and caught my neighbor taking my mail out of my mail box and bringing it to me the next day. Sometimes people help themselves to d as they please for what ever reason!

Never seen anything like this. Just got the birthday card back we sent to our son in law for no postage. Thing is, it was mailed from one of the boxes in the BA post office parking lot and had both a regular stamp and an extra ounce stamp. That corner, including the stamps, is torn off the upper right of the envelope. The card and gift card with it are not missing. That is really weird.

Not receiving mail for my utility bills. This has happened many times in the last few weeks. I have contacted my utilities and they have sent the bills out to me. My neighbors mail was laying on the ground in front of his mail box the other day. If this continues I will do my bills online and the Postal service will lose more customers. Can not reach the postal Service to complain by phone. NEED TO PRIVATIZE THE POSTAL SERVICE VERY BADLY. MUST PRIVATIZE THE POSTAL SERVICE.

Some one is going through your mail to see what they can steal. They leave mail in ground, they are looking for anything to do with money, checks, credit cards, rebates...etc.Call you ocal pors office and talk to some one about what is going on!

Mail carrier is good about delivery and pick ups. Overall satisfied. But everytime I order DVD's from (N_____x) they end up being not returned! Not all DVD's but several so I have to cancel subscription. I cant imagine my post person keeping them?!! And I've sent dummy mail made to look as valuable contents are inside but those always made it to marked destination. Postal thieves who have a movie fetish cannot know when I'm returning a DVD. I refuse to drive to mailbox to safely return DVDs. I receive all my DVDs when sent to me in my locking mailbox on time. Thats easy to verify. Only DVDs Im returning....dont make it back to Nflx! DVDs, Ntflx claims are registered in their system as being sent/returned/not in my home within 24 hrs. due to USPS scanning them automatically. For the sleuths and deductive reasoners....only one reasonable, logical explanation. Once the neighborhood thief theory is ruled out what else can it be? The last DVD I was returning I saw my postman take out of my mailbox and put flag back down! That was the 23rd. 4 days later and Nflx claims it was never scanned by USPS therfore it is technically still in my home. I used to blame Ntflx for poor service. Are there any easy diy cameras I can install on mailbox? If I accuse mailman I'll truly have delivery problems. Renting a PO box defeats the entire benefit of having residential mail delivery/pickup service. Any kind, logical suggestions for this disabled,elderly movie watcher? I am going to catch up with mailman soon and tell him about my experience. If he's building a dvd library at my expense I hope he has a conscience. Otherwise, I will have to MacGiver it. But without a tracking device attached I dont conceive of my plan working. Maybe send DVD in a non red envelope? This is nuts that I have to go through all this just to enjoy my dvd movie subscription.

We have not received any mail at our house in 4 days now. Not even junk mail. When it does come, it seems to be getting later and later. It used to show up around 2pm, now it's around 530-6pm.
