Same here they will not answer their phone. Also for no apparent reason they just stopped delivering mail to my W Main address. Some nonsense about the box being full. Not once is the box full. We have a camera on the box. In the last two months time span. Only 6 pieces of mail has made it to the box. Since they refuse to answer their phone. I went to post office and discovered 3 workers waiting on a patron to arrive. Ie me. And I inquired as to the destination of all my mail. I spent the next 30 min listening to the phone ring no stop while the two other counter people chat and wait on two people that came in after me. Promptly I might add. Phone only stopped ringing after timing out. 30 min later I am rewarded with the answer. We don’t know and we don’t have a clue. And the mail man won’t answer his phone. Lol lol I gave the counter person my number and walked out and am now waiting on an answer. So I called this morning and of course no answer???????? REALLY

Service is bad because I tried and tried to call the post office with no luck they don't like to answer the phone because I been waiting for my pay card to come in and it was supposed to be at my house yesterday but no but the people there needs to answer the phone when they are clearly open from 8 to 5 today and yesterday goodness

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Pkg should have been delivered Friday. Said “No Access, will attempt delivery next business day”. Not true. My address always has access. Next business day, no attempt was made. When I called the post office the NEXT day, the supervisor told me all the carriers were out & wouldn’t be in till 8pm. She’ll let them know. I told her she better get that pkg to me TODAY! We shall see! I’m ready to beat someone!! Sorry service!

I just want to know why do our postman always bring our mail to our mailbox between 7:30 pm and 8:00pm. We're getting tired getting our mail in the dark. Ya'll have to do better this. This seem like this is races to me. Do ya'll take the white people mail in the dark no because they get there mail first.

Yeah that's right anytime you don't have a legitimate argument it's gotta be racist (real spelling). Seems to me that some people just don't want racism to go away. If it did they wouldn't have a way to win a dumb*** Brainless argument. And what better way to get people to back your stupid ideas than to call them racist if they don't. Try growing up.

Firstly, if "Comments below are not read by postal employees " as stated above ☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️ THEN WHATS THE POINT OF THIS REVIEW! So other customers can know how poorly our USPS is performing... even Prior to COVID. My major complaint is the Misinformation/lies given via the tracking system. DONT TELL ME YOU ATTEMPTED DELIVERY TO ME WHEN I WAS HOME ALLLLLL DAY, NEVER LEFT. NOTHING LEFT ON MY DOOR, NOTHING LEFT IN MY MAILBOX, JUST UNPROFESSIONAL!! SO I have no way of even requesting pickup or redelivery because they're limited hours Saturday and closed Sunday and closed Monday due to the holiday. My packages are two pair of prescription glasses that I desperately NEED. Since Covid closed my VA Hospital for a couple months I wasn't able to make or get my eye exam done. So when they FINALLY OPENED 2 weeks ago and called me I jumped at the appointment they gave me for my exam. They ordered my glasses the SAME DAY. USPS informed me through Informed Delivery System yesterday that they had ATTEMPTED delivery! Well I was HOME ALL DAY and NIGHT and NO KNOCKS at my door. I also have a dog who would have barked if someone had knocked. Anywho NOTHING NO NOTICE, YELLOW SHEET, PINK SHEET...NOTHING WAS LEFT ON MY DOOR OR IN MY MAILBOX! SO PLEASE STOP LYING TO ME & THE PUBLIC! WE PAY DEARLY FOR SHIPPING AND WE DESERVE BETTER. IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE GAME, LET AMAZON HANDLE IT! JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS ALREADY!!!!!!! AND PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO THE POSTMASTER GENERAL in ARDMORE OK OR OKLAHOMA CITY OR MARIETTA OK since postal employees dont see/read this. SMH

worst post office location ever, package tracking shoeing departed locations in okc and dallas headed towards ardmore only to disappear and ardmore post office makes claims like it hasnt actually left that location yet, when we get it we will scan it, and my personal favorite "you do not own that package till we deliver it" ( i would like someone at walmart to tell them that and see how well that works out. fact is we are paying for an item online and we are also paying for the shipping so the post offices need to quit shoveling the BS. these days they are citing covid which if this wasnt a normal occurance every time i have a package $100+ inbound with usps i would understand but this crap has been going on LONG before covid was a thing, in fact i lost my item and my money in NOV 2018 for an item i bought that never arrived, ardmore PO claimed it never left ft worth but the tracking number clearly showed otherwise. i will never ship another package USPS and i will do whatever it takes to get selers i buy from to avoid using usps, fedex dumpost, and whatever coop service ups has with usps. do not send or receive packages USPS chances are they will disappear ( more likely get stolen by usps)
