I have used the Yellow Springs post office at least twice a week for four years, now. The tellers have always been professional and helpful. They arrive very early in the morning to keep our small post office up and running. I very much appreciate the fine service from them and the mail personnel who deliver, also.

Unfriendly tellers - I had a negative experience with a post office teller being very demeaning, condescending and rude. I tried to ask about shipping times and she said she could not "look into the future and tell me what the shipping times will be." She said, "I cannot magically go into my computer and tell you what the future will be." What a joke! I left more confused than when I went in. Her attitude was unprofessional and rude! She did not offer a single piece of useful information, she was just condescending and being a royal B. 1/10 Do not recommend. I would rather drive out of town to ship something than deal with that person and her attitude again. Pathetic.
