Our postal woman is to lazy to put mail in. She has to step on rocks and take 4 steps to back of box's. Its been this way for many years. They have let her stop delivering our mail. She already wears improper clothes to work...(short shorts) u see everything when she bends over...gross if she can't do the job get someone else that would appreciate that good paying job. I need my pills....fire her.

Warning to all who enter here... you will likely be overcharged for mailing because they give you flat rate or you will be treated rudely by the counter staff ... I was overcharged, by use of flat rate envelopes suggested to me to use WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF THE NATURE OF IT BEING FLAT RATE. I was 'slammed' into the flat rate and was told noting of it being flat rate. A lot of the time flat rate is beneficial, but not from Wadsworth to Columbus ... Hacks at the counter or designed by management to screw you all. BE WARNED.

I'm sending this info as a courtesy in order to keep you informed. Thank you for your recent help and kind service in search of my missing package. April 6th delivery. Though I did get a package with the correct tracking # on April 6th. It was not the package that I ordered. The only reason I was able to figure out what happened to my package is that I remembered I had received a small thank-you gift for my order. I had thrown the packaging away. We discovered the problem. If I would of waited too long I would of been out nearly $30.00. My husband dug the packaging out of the trash. I snapped a picture and was able to prove that I did not receive my purchased order. The tracking number was placed onto the wrong item, the small gift package. They refunded me for my order. Have a blessed day.

I have been waiting for a ring from Etsy. It originated in The Ukraine and after a long journey made it to Wadsworth, OH, on Dec. 16th. The tracking information says it was delivered and "left with individual". No one was here to accept it, and although I have called our PO four times, I am told it was delivered. They don`t know why it says it was left with an individual. Even Etsy is done with the order saying it was delivered. I did NOT receive it and apparently there is nothing I can do about it. I hate the way packages are now delivered by the unreliable USPS. The packages need to be delivered completely by either UPS or FEDEX or the original service, not finished by the USPS. It used to be very reliable. What is happening?!

I had a delivery scheduled for the 19th and I checked my mailbox, at the road 670 Ridgewwod Rd, Wadsworth, ohio 44281, at 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM 7:00 PM and got on my computer and checked my tracking number USPS tracking #9400108699939482563553 and it said it had been delivered Dec 19, 2019 2:26pm DELIVERED IN/AT MAILBOX WADSWORTH, OH 44281. There was nothing in my mailbox, every time, that I checked. I have never had this kind of problem, in the past. 330 239 3659

I had the same thing happen to me On the 19th. Went in and they called the supervisor to find out who delivered the package, and told them to go back and get it wherever they delivered it. Was told it would be delivered same day. Still waiting.

For two months my postal worker has not delivered my utility bills and claims it is not his fault when the utility company has said he is the one returning to sender. I do NOT have anything on file with the post office stating refusal of any such mail from the utility company. I have been there several times in person and called several times and am still not getting satisfaction. He IS and WILL be held responsible for late bills because HE is the one taking it upon himself to return it WITHOUT any authorization on my part. I will again be going in the morning and something had better be fixed for this once and for all. It is NOT acceptable what is happening.
