Vandalia branch. Saw negitive review I had to respond. +30 resident staff always helpful even fixed my mistakes. Everyone will have a bad day so a "Thank You" goes a long way for those who work with the public. Thanks postal workers!

I am convinced after a cursory investigation that someone at the Vandalia P.O. is stealing packages. I am contacting the Feds today to provide the evidence and to file a complaint. Stay tuned. There will be be more to follow!

Terrible service. They lady behind the counter is very unprofessional. It has been an every time experience. I am tired of their attitudes. Someone please intervene. Enough is enough.
