I REALLY want to know what is going on with my mail delivery. This is the 4th time I had to pay $1.65 TO $ 1.95 because of late charges. I RECEIVE IN THE MAIL A BILL THAT IS DUE IN 2 DAYS; This will not happen. Why do I incur charges because you cant do your job???? I want my $ back. If I preformed my job in this manner...I would have been FIRED.

I am so disappointed with the service I received from this branch today, 4/22/20. I received a package, from an unknown sender, and I refused delivery. First of all it looked like the package was delivered to someone else and they opened the package, taped over, and sent it back to the original sender who then sent it to me. When I saw the condition of the package, which looked opened and re taped I could not see where it was sent from through the label underneath, so that I could return it. I took the package to the Twinsburg post office on 4/21/20, to return it, and the clerk wrote refused on the package and took the package away. The next day I received the package back with a post card attached saying that it looks like I opened it. Not only did I NOT OPEN the package, but this is the very reason I wanted it returned. I did not order anything and the package was suspicious to begin with. The price for the return is $13.60 and I have not worked in a month. I am more angry on how this matter was handled than I am that I am being wrongly accused of an act I did not commit. Persons with authority must learn to remove any personal bias when handling sensitive situations such as this. I feel like this package is from unauthorized vendor and is a scam and I am a victim as was the previous victim.

We never know if we are going to get mail delivery or not on any given day. It used to come about 11:20 am. Now, anywhere from 12:30 pm until the next day. What is going on with the postal service? Something needs to be done ASAP. cc. Postmaster General

The 'Post master" at the Twinsbrg Post office is absolutely awful! I have never experienced such horrible service. I called this morning to check on a package that was already late to arrive. It was overnighted, due to me Tuesday by noon, and here it is Wednesday and still no package. It was vital that I receive this on time. I received a text message that my package had finally arrived at the Twinsburg location, I called and had the absolute unfortunate luck to speak with Gale. She spoke over me in a militant attitude, would not let me finish a sentence, and was so so rude. I asked if she spoke to everyone like this, again she spoke over me and would not let say anything.I asked if I could pick up my package, she cut me off and said "NO, no one is allowed to pick up packages!" I have done this several other times when my package has not arrived on time.I continued to ask why she was being so rude, she told me 'have a nice day' then hung up on me. Im still in shock, and quite upset. I certainly hope someone reads this and investigates 'Gales' customer service etiquette. And to be quite honest, I really hope she doesnt hold my package from being delivered to me today.

My neighborhood got a new postal carrier this spring. Is it just a coincidence that with the "arrival" of the new postman that my PEOPLE magazine does not arrive? Since the beginning of May only 2 of 7 weekly magazines have arrived. The post office says they have no way to track the magazines. A note to the postman was never acknowledged. PEOPLE magazine has been wonderful. They insist the magazines were sent and have even replaced or extended my subscription for an extra month to make good on the missing magazines. Has anyone else had a problem with missing magazines? Do I contact the postmaster general?

Who ever schedules package pick ups should be evaluated for job performance. We schedule package pick ups online but that does not happen. On 4 separate occasions packages were not picked up and once the packages were left out overnight. We then have to call the Twinsburg Post Office for a reminder pick up, kind of childish no? When speaking with the carrier he says that he does not get the proper paperwork for the parcel pick up sometimes not until the next day. What can be done to resolve this issue?
