My package was not delivered. Status said could not be delivered at 3:10. It was posted undeliverable at 6:10. Why? Why? I've been home all day in the yard. She is a liar. Now some how I have to pick it up at the post office. I work till 8pm the rest of this week.

We are very upset there is no longer an outside drive-by mail box. It has been moved so you now have to get out of your car. What is the point. Most post offices have a drive-by. This so inconvenient for people with disabilities.

The mail carrier for WatervilleSwanton Road can't seem to follow directions. I have talked to the supervisor three times now, and she has even written down instructions on a big orange card for her to follow and she still can't do it. Not asking for much, just close the mailbox door. Not that hard to do. Lucky I got the mail the other day before it rained or it would have got soaked (again).

I have never had a bad experience at the post office or with my delivery carrier. Everyone polite and helpful.

Saturday delivery person on County Road 2 has a problem delivering packages. So far she has NOT delivered 3 packages to our mailbox, even though she marks theM as delivered on the tracking. We have to hunt down what she's done with them. EVERY TIME!!!!!

I gave them a Priority package to send (at the counter) and it was NOT scanned as received or even sent until late the next day! I will take all my packages to a different location to send for now on!
