Why in the world does my package tracker say an attempt at delivery was made at 2:29pm today and there was no access? I was standing on my porch at 2:29 and nobody was here. It shows 2 "attempted" deliveries and says there was no access to the residence. That is not true.

Same thing happens with us. All the time. one package was delivered, but the other (on same day) was not because "no secure location. If it doesn't fit in the mail box there is no telling what kind of excuse will be made.

I get a fax answer after five rings. Not right. No mail now for several days. Not good. Don't understand what's up and can't get an answer.

Well it’s not the first time hat I’ve been sent to this number as a fax machine @ Ostrander’s post office only to learn there was someone actually there “busy with other calls”. First, I’d suggest some basic phone etiquette.... “I’m sorry may I put you on a brief hold ...” Second, perhaps these times are pointing to the need for maybe a stamp machine which would be accessible at least til those on duty leave the building. Just a thought. Regards

I live on County Line Rd and had put mail out in the mailbox to be mailed today, with the flag in the UP position. My mail was NOT picked up today...........
