Postal Locations

Package mailed on Feb 15, 2021 from North Canton Post Office, never got it here in Canton, Ohio. When you call up there they take the phone off the hook and then hang up. Someone has done something nefarious with my package, perhaps theft and no one is even answering the phone. Unbelievable. Horrible service, management is inept and must be replaced with competent employees.

The North Canton, Ohio post office needs a bit of re-training. Last year I sent an overnight letter to a business in North Canton. The PO attempted delivery one time on a Saturday when most businesses are closed. They took the letter back to the North Canton PO and it sat there, and sat there, and sat there . They made NO attempt to re-deliver an OVER NIGHT letter. Finally the business had to pick it up at the PO. Now again I send a Certified Letter to the same business and the PO attemped delivery on a Saturday, the business was closed and the Certified letter is sitting, and sitting and sitting at the North Canton PO with no attempt to deliver it to the business. Looks like someone will have to go pick it up. Why am I paying the PO to deliver these special letters?? The PO should be paying ME for all of the aggravation !!!
