I was in today with my family for a scheduled passport appointment. Hannah helped us out and made the experience smooth & enjoyable. Definitely our favorite post office!

Tax lawyer mailed our taxes to us a month ago. Packages are routinely logged in as delivered and are not. I often get other neighbors mail. Either a dishonest neighbor has all of my financial papers or it's somewhere in the bowels of the post office. Employees in the building are always awesome. The drivers do not seem to be detail oriented at all.

Third time packages have gone missing from my mail box with no explanation. When I brought this issue to the management they looked at me fisheyed like they have never had this issue before. Someone else other than me walked in with the same complaint. The mail deliverers are only as strong as their weakest, most crooked theif. I hope grandma down the hallway enjoys her new Lincoln logs.

Always missing mail for long periods of time. Coincidentally it is always bank documents and sensitive information. The postmaster responds “I don’t know “. BIG internal issues here.

Subject: Mail missing; late delivery; no delivery 7063 Dean Farm Road, New Albany, Ohio Postmaster Beverly A. Bear and U.S. Postal Inspector (sent separately): Since Thanksgiving our mail delivery at the above address has been habitually after 6:30pm. We have also noticed that important tax filing forms (1099-R) have come up missing as well as greeting cards. Finally, last night, February 16, 2018, we received no mail delivery at all. This is not acceptable. It suggests serious problems with the carrier(s) assigned to our route. Please respond. Thank-you, Dana Peters 614-736-4072
