Mail man complained to me when he wasn’t allowed to drive on side walk said he didn’t sign up for this , dropping packages off rude service then some didn’t get scanned in , now I have to remake cups that cost me $100

WHY has the service become so poor lately? First, I didn't receive my debit card prior to expiration when the bank verified it had been mailed 4 weeks prior to the expiration. Second, I am constantly receiving my neighbors mail in my box only to deliver it myself, including someone's real estate tax bill. Now, my insurance company issued and mailed a check out to me July 20. I still have not received it so they will stop payment and issue a new check. I wonder if I will receive the next one? I don't get it. I have lived here for 34 years and have never had this problem before.

Absolutely horrible. The service you get it from the US Post Office is why the government should stay out of this and should privatize it. The phone rings all day long and nobody answers it. government jobs have taught people to be lazy and not to give one care. The postmaster must be an idiot. Please get into the private sector so you have to work and be accountable. You get more customer service from a 16-year-old at McDonald’s.

For some reason a failed attempt again to deliver a package when I was sitting at home waiting for it. Do they even came and knock on the door anymore or do you guys just pull up and then leave saying no one was here, or do you not know where my address is? I am going to pick up my package tomorrow and these will be the questions I will ask since someone cant seem to get my package here for some reason, or just drop it at the front door as usual... This is getting ridiculous just to get something delivered.......
