When our regular postal carrier is on we get mail daily with no interruption in service. If he is off either we get no mail or it's 7pm when we see someone. I believe Dan is off this whole week & so far 3 days we have gone w/o mail even though the informed delivery says we do have mail. Yesterday they did the cul-de-sac off our street but that only has 6 houses. So what gives?? No one other than Dan is smart enough to handle his route?? It is driving me crazy!!!!!

DONT USE US MAIL IN MENTOR!!! Our mail driver is always so lazy that he NEVER delivers packages! He marked them delivered to mail box, even when way too large to fit in the mail box! Then we have to fight with the us mail to refund us to try and buy again!!! Mentor post office is the worst!!!! This has happened multiple times!!! Of course nothing ever changes!!

Dear USPS This past Sunday, 3/6/22, I went to your Tyler Blvd. Station to drop off two boxes of items belonging to The Black Tux Company. I could not fit the boxes in parcel drop off, however, by dumb luck I found a door to the rear sorting area opened and entered, looking for possible help. Turns out I did meet a very polite USPS Employee, and told him about my boxes. He took my items and said he would take care of it. I thanked him and left. Today I received an email from Black Tux stating they have not received the order or scanning info. Could you please look into this matter for me? Thank you

On informed delivery i had 2 packages that said they were to be delivered by 8pm today. At 7:30pm, on informed delivery it said for both packages that the packages were being held at the mentor post office per customers request. Say what??? I never requested that. And I have been home all day!!

I receive emails from USPS daily letting me know what it is my mail for that day. Two days this past week I never received any mail. How can they ask for more money from us if they can't do their job now!! We have a wonderful postal carrier, when she is on, but other than that, the mail service is inadequate.

It is 5:10 pm Friday July 31, 2020 and we have not received any mail yet? All week has been like this only received 5 pc of mail between Monday and Wednesday of this week. Appreciate this PO and its staff, especially delivery persons. They have always been helpful and accommodating. I do a lot of ebay mailing from my home mailbox and appreciate this service very much!

This is the second time that I signed up for vacation mail and had a problem. When I got home, mailbox was full. My wife said a few days later that we had not gotten some bulk mail that we usually get. I called the post office and sure enough they didn't bring the mail like they were supposed to do.

Our mail gets delivered so late every day..usually never before 5:30. Today it was never delivered. I was real disappointed that no one delivered the mail because I was waiting for something to come today that was extremely important. The service inside the post office has taken a turn for the worse too. I'm not sure if there is a shortage of USPS employees, but there's people like me that are very dependent on getting our mail at a decent time! I called and complained once and was told it was because our street was the last street that they would deliver mail....but 6pm mail delivery or no delivery at all is unexceptable.

Have contacted Post Office at least 4 times about someone eases mail delivered to me. Yesterday 12/20/2016 I got a "final notice" for certified mail to be picked up at the PO for a neighbor. It is dated 12/13/2016. They have 15 days to pick it up and now 7 days have passed and they don't even know they have something to pick up. Tax dollars at work.. If it were any other business we would fire them.

The place is so slow and their service is terrible. Don't recommend anyone to go there. Use fedex! I just tried calling and even the phone is busy. Always long lines. Contacting the main post office and complaining to the post master general...even their deliveries are backed up and slower than anywhere else. If you want to mail a package expect to wait over an hour for a slow long line.

My son and have the same name except for middle name he moved out 6 months ago every week they screw up my mail i have been there 5 times trying to fix this i have told.them simple solution if it's mailed to me send it to me if it's. mailed to him send it to him everyweek i have to pick up my mail at my son's. house they keep rerouting. my mail no one can be this stupid. and keep there job except at the mentor post office

Called to find out why I haven't received any mail, my call was answered within 4-5 rings, put on hold for 2 minutes...total amount of time of call 4 minutes. Great service from our Mentor Postal Service! Thanks!
