Why can’t the driver that delivers mail in Fairway Crossing stop and pick up letters that need to be transported. The flag is up and he drives right by, never stopping to pick up letter to be mailed. Do they not know what a flag is for. They need to be fired and new ones trained. Because the ones you have are not doing their job.

I have tried to call every phone number for the Mansfield, Ohio location and no one will answer. This was on a Friday between 9 AM and 3:30 PM and NOT even close to a holiday. No customer service agents for passport to general information would answer the phone!!

Pathetic! Fire them all, useless, lazy and do not deserve a dime of what they are being paid. Almost every package they "attempt delivery" they leave a note that it can be picked up at the post office. Amazon is getting an email regarding the USPS service and they should not rely on them to deliver packages.

The service is pathetic now, over on Mcpherson st. the pricks close your box on clear days, then on rainy or snowy days they purposely leave the box wide open, like today when everybody knew we had flood warnings all day and it rained most of the day i find my bills drenched, what pricks they are,i'm getting hold of the main govt. Office to file a complaint.

USPS employs dishonest carriers. SOME are dishonest. I've literally caught them in the act of being dishonest, repeatedly. SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS ARE literally DISHONESTLY written down as "Undeliverable." Everything checks out w local P.O. showing SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS *ARE* deliverable and accepted @ a Nursing Home I reside in. They've been doing it for years! It can't be the regular carrier bc not once have ANY packages been written down or not been as Undeliverable during her watch. Not one time throughout the week. Not one in the six years I've been here have any packages not been delivered throughout regular work days. SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS you're lucky if you receive your package. Three attempts and the package goes back to Amazon. I've just *narrowly missed that a time or two. I strongly feel the USPS OWES me for a month of Amazon Prime bc they *very often* just refuse to get out of their truck and walk TEN feet to the door, just pass by and write down the package was undeliverable. I've literally sat on the front porch waiting and recieved a notification *while I'm sitting there!* on my phone saying my package was undeliverable. Just happened again yesterday, SUNDAY. Really! Busted! That's totally dishonest. I'm going to take this all the way to the top. I absolutely LOVE telling people about good things people do, I hate telling anyone about negative acts of people. I can no longer pay for delivery and not get delivery. The person's responsible are going to pay my next month Amazon Prime bill. Watch and see. Peace.

I would like to know if the employees of the USPS in Mansfield are aware of the contents of poster 7 delineating the rules and regulations governing conduct in post offices. After a recent visit to the Diamond St branch both associates behind the counter expressed that photographing and videotaping inside the post office is prohibited. This directly contradicts the contents of poster 7 posted in the post office. This could lead to potentially confrontational episodes with first amendment auditors

I would like to know what is happening with the postal service in Stow Ohio. I have 4 packages stuck there and they have been there since Dec 2nd! I understand that there are some challenges due to Covid. But I’m wondering if my packages have been set aside somewhere and are just not being mailed. It seems December 2 should have been moved on from that location by now. Thank you!

Had a chance of address. You keep sending things I order from Wayfair and Macy’s to my old address. They have the correct address, then you guys put my old one on. Not sure why because we did a address change. My new address is Margie Haus 1731 chew rd, Mansfield Ohio, 44903

A package I have been expecting was delivered to Lowes Farm Subdivision. Since it contained clothing, I thought it would be on the porch. Instead it was crammed into the box SO hard to get it all in, it was a real struggle to get it out. Thankfully the resulting tear in the package did not affect the contents. I do not know what the limits are for "In the mailbox" or "on the porch"...but I would appreciate "on the porch" for large items in the future. Sincerely, Linda McQuerry

Packages sometimes (3 times in the last several months) not delivered to my address but another address about 1 mile away with a similar address. Very frustrating when expecting an important package.

Tired of postman leaving packages at edge of porch not under cover. And laying my mail on top of packages instead of putting in mailbox. I've had my mail blow out into the field next to my home or like today left in the rain. Mail ruined and had important there. Will have to call different companies to ask them to resend. And they get paid for that.

Funny I am having a similar issue with carrier being unwilling to deliver online ordered packages to my house. Granted its a rural setting but we have a semi-circle driveway with 2 exits/entrances. Funny UPS and FedEx deliver just fine! Sorry but online shopping has become the way of the world! Have had sooo many things smashed into the mailbox. If you are not enjoying the changes in the shipping/delivery industry...retire or get a new job! Not my problem!

My mail carrier seems to be too lazy to deliver mail to the right address! My husband and I deliver all our neighbors mail. AND.....she stuffs things in the box that should be brought to the door, resulting in smashed and broken items. Plus we don't get some mail that says, when looked into, that it was delivered!!! This is very upsetting since we have not received some monetary items.!!

My mail carrier decided not to pick up our food donation on May 10th. Too lazy to get out of the truck it seems. I put over $20 worth of food in a Kroger bag and left it at the mailbox, I guess the less fortunate didn't need my gift. This says a lot about the type of person that delivers our mail.
