In the past 60 days i have had five, 5 packages that were not delivered on the time they were to be here. Then i receive an email that says NOT DELIVERABLE even though i meet the driver at the mail box and they do not have an answer. WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? It is not that hard to just do your job.

I had 2 packages that were scheduled for delivery on 1/18/22, I can understand that they were not delivered due to my driveway being snow covered. Had my driveway plowed and cleared, able to drive up the driveway since there isn't ANYTHING blocking it. I went there on Wednesday 1/19/22, at around noon, to pick up my packages to be told that they were out for redelivery, I'm thinking that ok, the Postal Worker is is just running a bit behind scheduled, nothing to worry about. Only to check about 4pm on the tracking that they had no access to my driveway which was false, cause there was no attempt and the cameras facing my driveway and the road proved that to me. Not very pleased with the way this place is running with the quality of employees.

I was supposed to receive a pkg from Amazon today...the tracking states it was delivered today at 1:55 either at the front porch or the front door...it was NOT delivered. I would like to know where they put it..Debbie

I had one out for delivery, called all day busy. Went into the office and was told they had extra carriers out with pkgs. Well they are now closed and no pkg!!! So frustrating, must needed pkg.

Important and needed packages were supposed to be delivered, but mail employee decided delivering the mail was not as important as going to the town bicentennial. now we have to go 2 days without the NEEDED packages. I guess maybe when they show up as my place of business I will turn them away so they will not be able to get what they need. The Lucasville Ohio branch is nothing but a joke and this is a common occourance along with delivering mail to the wrong address daily.

Saturday July 2 around 11 there was a female post officer worker and she was so professional and courteous. She had some major problems and solved them all quickly. Also my mailman is the best. He is kind and is very good at his job. He goes beyond what he has to make sure the mail is delivered. We live on Isaac Rickey Road.
