A package delivered to 2292 cross Creek CT Lewis center Oh was left next to the mail box instead of put on the porch!!! Anyone could have taken it! I paid 11.00 to have this Birthday gift delivered and he was to lazy to go up and put it on the porch! I called the post office in Lewis center Ohio and there was a 1hour Waite to speak to a person. So ridiculous! There is no excuse for this!!!

I have seen missing mails. I get the Informed Delivery Daily digest messages which shows the mail that is expected to arrive soon. I have missed important mails this month and not good !!

My mail and packages are constantly being lost. My bank contacted me to ask if I had recently moved because everything was being returned to them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Want to shout out to our postal guy! Two days ago I mailed some letters and yesterday one was "mailed to the return" back to me. I put it back in the mailbox with a sticky note and the postal worker not only took the card but wrote an apology and explanation on the sticky note. :D

I had great customer service! I called about a package that was showing as delivered but, had not received it. They returned my phone call within minutes and assured me that it would be delivered today. Also, every time I've had to go there, I feel that I get excellent service.

For whatever reason the desk person tried to upsell me - $55 for international 6 day mail with tracking?? I took my letter to the post office in Westerville and it cost $20.She also flatly refused to even look at a previous delivery that was supposed to be 3 day garanteed but took 12 days - DEFINITELY not a customer service person. I'm taking my business to another station.

The new postmaster is not a customer service person!!!! I've been a customer / PO Box holder for about 10 years. I can tell when things aren't right. To top it off, the American Flag has been tattered and torn for two months and even after mentioning it, it has not been taken down. Embarrassing to those who have honored it.

7:13pm is too late for mail to be delivered! If you cant make your route at a reasonable hour, then you need to add another mail truck!!!
