I'm a support of the US Postal Office but I need to bring to your attention my recent problem. According to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, my absentee ballot was to be mailed to me after July 11, 2023. As of today, Friday, July 21, I have not received it. Lost in the mail, perhaps? This MAY have been a problem with the Election board, but something this important (voting), needs to be brought to your attention. I thank you for your overall service, and for your kind consideration of this problem.

WOW, this post office should be proud of its employees. Today a lovely young postal clerk helped me at the desk around 11:32. The individual ahead of me was an older gentle man who was a little difficult to understand, the clerk was extremely kind to him. Apparently when I was there yesteday l left eft my check book on the counter, today I got it in the mail from your office. THANK YOU. Again superb customer service.

Mail is getting delivered later and later every day. After 7pm today. Yet I see him sitting in his truck for 20 to 30 minutes at a time on various streets of the route. He needs to retire

In January we submitted a temporary address change. Not one piece of mail has been sent to that address as of today March 3, 2021. Two weeks ago I spoke to the team lead at the Independence Post Office, she assured me that she personally saw to it that I would be receiving my mail the following week. I'm still waiting. Where is my mail. So frustrated that we cant even reach the post office no matter the time I call them the line is always busy!!!!!

The service when the regular mail carrier is on vacation is awful. Got mail a little before 4pm. This is unacceptable. Our mail carrier is fifty yr old or so and these young kids covering his route can't keep up or can't be bothered. Will to bet the latter. When I called I was told nothing we can do about it. Maybe you should throw in the towel, USPS.

Who was the genius who decided to put the drive up mail boxes on the corner close to the post office. Did they even see that you are now required to make a very wide turn in the on coming traffic lane to make the turn with the boxes on the left side AND if a car is pulling out they will be stopped right next to the boxes and you will not be able to have access to them... HELLO !!
