The big,, bald guy at the counter is very RUDE,,, and thinks he is doing you a favor for waiting on you. DUDE<< you have a FEDERAL gig, going on there,, and the tax payers pay your salary. Drop the attitude and do your F***ing job,, and try to be half way courteous.
I'm sorry there are only negative comments on this site. We have only had friendly and good service at our Hilliard post office. They do their best, under pressure and within constraints, to serve the huge numbers of people they see each day. I'm sure it would tax any person's patience to be a postal worker. I find that when I offer patience and friendly smiles, I get better service everywhere I go.
I can not stand this post office! In person the are rude, by phone they are rude. If you share your concern they will leave you mailbox open,..even in the rain. Our bigger sized mail lady will not get out of her delivery truck so if you have something thats certified she leaves a post in your mail box. If a car is parked near the mail box she will not deliver..says they are not aloud to reverse. I have lived in Hilliard for 22 years, 4 here on drayton rd. My only WANT is for these lazy government workers to simply do their job right and show a little kindness while they do it..ps get us a new delivery person who cares.
Horrible! Tonight is the 2nd time this location has played the fake deliver reporting to their online system. First time they show all my packages were delivered but they were not. Had to make 3 trips only to have the employees try and lie to me that it was Amazon's fault their own website shows delivered. They told me its not there. It's out for delivery. 1 hour later I had to email a complaint and got the supervisor who gave me his number, and after a 2 minute call... he found them. They were sitting there.Tonight... is the same thing. USPS.com says delivered but I do not have my package! Tomorrow morning will be round 2 to this ordeal. Don't fudge the numbers. If you missed the delivery date, just show it. You save yourself from a pissed off customer and losing the trust that you delivered to the wrong address.
I want to know how much you guys paid to the person who made the rotation of the automated system simply IMPOSSIBLE to get a human to talk to when the automated system does NOT give you the information you need!! OH! Probably the same people who can't seem to get my Christmas Package delivered on time for the 2nd year in a row!!! And this time, It's 2 weeks lost! and spending about the same amount of time on hold to see what can be done about it! Perhaps because you guys have screwed up so many other people's packages???!!!
