The key would not work in the box to pick up my package. I called the post office and explained the problem. A very nice man arrived twenty minutes later with my package.

Do not appreciate this at all. The box inside now has a large crushed area and looks bad for a Christmas gift. Other items are breakable. Good luck.

Our letter carrier writes on our mail at least once a month that our mailbox is blocked. There are 4 drivers living at my house and my work truck is parked in front sometimes. I make sure not to park in front of the mailbox. Today, my truck was there but not within 10 feet of the mailbox. Why is this considered “blocked”?

I just got a tax form in the mail today post dated Feb. 1. Today is Feb. 23rd, 2021. Now I have to spend time and possible money having to file amended tax returns for Federal, State and RITA/City. By the way the mail took 22 days to go from city of Delaware, Ohio to Hilliard, Ohio, a distance of 25 miles. The USA mail system needs improvement right now. I hope someone displays courage and sets up a change for the better. Certainly not going to be the current postmaster general. PS. I also got a Christmas card from Minnesota, that only took 2 months.

Christmas card with check was sent to our daughter on 12/17/21 from Yakima Washington. As of today, they have not received it. This happened two years ago. On 12/21/20 we mailed our grandson his birthday card to Hilliard and they received it today. What is going on? You phone has been busy for the last three hours. Are you open? I am going up the ladder to find out why you are so inefficient.

Purchased a package back in August, of course they delivered it to the wrong address. It has yet to be found. I filed a claim, received an email indicating they would let me know the results of the investigation, and it is now December 5th and have yet to get any response. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times yet no response. Completely unacceptable.

For the 4th time I have package shows delivered but was not. The other 3 times they found my packages, this time they can't locate it. The "new" postman is trying to locate it. ARE YOU SERIOUS. So I asked well if he can't find it, how do I get my money back since your post office lost it. The response was the post office not responsible. I am so over this. I will calling the post master today to get this resolved, but I am sure I am just out of luck! RIDICULOUS!

Upon finishing my neighborhood run, we said "Good Morning" and she even asked if I needed a water! I am so grateful to have wonderful people like this in my community. I’m missing 4 packages. I bought them on ebay and they all told me delivered at the same time. I check my mail box and they’re not there. I’m done ordering crap online now.

I am getting someone elses mail delivered to me, this is an ongoing problem I've called about before. My mail is still getting delivered to other residents as well. Yesterday 5696 Fresno Way has 3 pieces of mail in 5696 Palos Ln. Hilliard, oh 43026. I recently had a pkg misdelivered, main package opened as well as the clear inside package that contained undergarments, they were then thrown onto my porch. Our regular Postman is the best! When we get a substitute, however, we get the wrong mail constantly. Today my neighbor that lives to the east got my mail and I got my neighbor's mail that lives to the west. The substitute crams our packages in with our mail which damages everything. Last winter he put a package in a water puddle on the back porch. If our regular Postman, Tim, is not delivering a certain day, it would be better that you hold our mail until he gets back. I'm tired of dealing with people that seem to have no pride in their work. This is not the first complaint I have made.

Well, I've had good and bad exp. with them. It's abolutely about the person on the other end. Informed delivery works half of the time, some workers will say they need a tracking # and some just ask for the address. It's about the person on the other end. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to write in to compliment one of your employees, Joe, at the Hilliard branch!! I came in today with a young baby and he went out of his way to make her smile while I filled out the customs form. He was sooo nice and patient with us. He talked to her so nice, my baby smiled and waved at Joe almost the entire time. He was so kind and helped me to make sure I selected the correct option to save me the most as well! It's people like that who deserve positive feedback. I hope you let him know what a wonderful asset he is to your branch! I hope everyone there can follow Joe's lead!

Always had excellent service at this branch including today when I called in and a female employee answered the phone and walked me through an online mail hold. (Sorry I didn't catch her name but I believe it started with an M.) Been using this branch for 13 years. Thank you for always being kind and efficient.

The big,, bald guy at the counter is very RUDE,,, and thinks he is doing you a favor for waiting on you. DUDE<< you have a FEDERAL gig, going on there,, and the tax payers pay your salary. Drop the attitude and do your F***ing job,, and try to be half way courteous.

I'm sorry there are only negative comments on this site. We have only had friendly and good service at our Hilliard post office. They do their best, under pressure and within constraints, to serve the huge numbers of people they see each day. I'm sure it would tax any person's patience to be a postal worker. I find that when I offer patience and friendly smiles, I get better service everywhere I go.

this is the rudest post office employees I have never seen so far,as if they insult costumer for mailing stuff,I 'do drive 5 more min to go other post office to have my business done.

The last two times I had items shipped from Amazon via the USPS have gone missing at the Hilliard post office. They indicated they were delivered, but they weren't. I'll be visiting them tomorrow.

I can not stand this post office! In person the are rude, by phone they are rude. If you share your concern they will leave you mailbox open,..even in the rain. Our bigger sized mail lady will not get out of her delivery truck so if you have something thats certified she leaves a post in your mail box. If a car is parked near the mail box she will not deliver..says they are not aloud to reverse. I have lived in Hilliard for 22 years, 4 here on drayton rd. My only WANT is for these lazy government workers to simply do their job right and show a little kindness while they do it..ps get us a new delivery person who cares.

Horrible! Tonight is the 2nd time this location has played the fake deliver reporting to their online system. First time they show all my packages were delivered but they were not. Had to make 3 trips only to have the employees try and lie to me that it was Amazon's fault their own website shows delivered. They told me its not there. It's out for delivery. 1 hour later I had to email a complaint and got the supervisor who gave me his number, and after a 2 minute call... he found them. They were sitting there.Tonight... is the same thing. USPS.com says delivered but I do not have my package! Tomorrow morning will be round 2 to this ordeal. Don't fudge the numbers. If you missed the delivery date, just show it. You save yourself from a pissed off customer and losing the trust that you delivered to the wrong address.

I want to know how much you guys paid to the person who made the rotation of the automated system simply IMPOSSIBLE to get a human to talk to when the automated system does NOT give you the information you need!! OH! Probably the same people who can't seem to get my Christmas Package delivered on time for the 2nd year in a row!!! And this time, It's 2 weeks lost! and spending about the same amount of time on hold to see what can be done about it! Perhaps because you guys have screwed up so many other people's packages???!!!
