I got a small parcel from an amazon-seller. I refused and the post-lady took it back in original comdition and wrote "refused'" on it. Next day the parcal was again in my mailbox. The parcel was not in original condition. Somebody removed the former address-label, I could see, that the parcel was openend and sealed again with clear tape. The label which sticked now on the parcel was not mine and not from the seller, it was not a return-label. Because I refused, I had not to take care for returning.
This is not the first case we have had problems with the Germantown-post-office. A package to Germany was post-paid with the wrong amount, it came back to me. A letter to Germany cam back to me, the address-window was pasted over with a strange label, addressed to me.
