The worst post office ever. They rts your package without calling you even when you ask the supervisor to hold it for you. I can not express in words how extremely disappointed I am with their service. It's not a service it's a detriment. My rating is -10. Need a mgr call 330 808 4679

0 stars . Ghetto employees lazy as shit , they won’t deliver the mail . Return packages to sender without informing you . They need to get fired and get a whole new staff or get smacked a few dozen times

Think that the easy way to deal with your mail when you go out of town is to have it held by the post office? NOT! during the last several trips we have taken, we have had our mail "held", stated the day we would return, and guess what - NO MAIL. some of this contained bills and business mail. when I called our post office (Fairlawn) I was told that our carrier "must not have checked the "vacation list" In this day and age of computers, they don't have a better communication system than this?! I doubt that this complaint will do anything to correct this system, but I'd just like to remind the director of this particular branch that the post office has a bad reputation already and this is supposed to be "our tax dollars at work"! !
