I have called this location 15 times in the last couple days. No one ever seems to answer. They messed up with my change of address, delivering a package with $80 worth of merchandise to my old address instead of forwarding it to my new one. Now I'm stuck in limbo without anyone at the "corporate" office being able to help me because no one can get ahold of this location. Absolutely outrageous. It is not hard to pick up a phone.

Phoned and got an actual human who helped me determine where to pick up the key to my mailbox in a new community with cluster mailboxes. Kudos!

Couple weeks ago, I handed super a hand written note from my neighbor *one of MANY - claiming they keep getting my USPS deliveries? Not complaining - just enlightening. Yesterday, my email claimed my water filter was delivered at mailbox at 330 pm. No not in the box. No key for larger boxes. walked down street - no small boxes by doors. Shipping Method USPS Ground Shipping 9400111108435750384941 Shipped Items 1/1 this is so sad - I could cry. is item delivered code for on the truck?

In believable! My sister sent me a package that was said delivered…. gave a different street near me and a nonexistent address number when we had that traced to no resolution. Now this week claimed they say they delivered a book that wasn’t in our box. Someone needs to figure who is delivering in my area and see if they even know what they’re doing! Just moved here a few months ago…not a good impression! I’m almost afraid to have anything else sent! I guess other companies are worth the extra fee.

We have had an issue with mail and package forwarding twice so far. Despite filling out the change of address forms, and also another form that lists the individuals at a residential address, the mailman missed delivering our mails for a while and has sent back two packages even though the address on the package was correct both times. I am not sure what is going on at the post office for them to keep losing our information. I had to call the post office to talk to them about this and was asked to fill out a change of address again, which didn't make sense because we were not moving from where we were. Somehow they had lost the information on our change of addresses. I am not sure how that can even happen, especially if they have electronic records.

Yeah I have a complaint... how does a package that I've ordered (ES10006858068120001010001G0N) get rerouted from a your facility which is only 2 miles away from my address... to EASTLAKE aka Cleveland over 140 miles away!??? Did it get left in the container or what. Either way very disappointing indeed.

I found out today that a mail carrier is not required to get out of their truck to put mail into a mailbox. In a perfect world, all mailboxes would be easily accessible, but of course our United States Postal system has a loop hole to not deliver mail. We have a car that is blocking our mailbox - NOT OUR CAR - but nevertheless, a car is blocking the mailbox. We haven't had mail delivered for two days because the lazy mailman cannot get out of the truck to put our mail in the mailbox. What about the mail that he lost? Was he too lazy to put it in the right spot so our mortgage payment never got delivered? Then I get a note on one of my envelopes - DO NOT BLOCK BOX! I am not 5 and know it shouldn't be blocked, but wouldn't you think if it was there for 3 days that possibly there was something wrong? The only reason I even got the mail today is because I heard him coming down the street because he accelerates and brakes so hard that you can hear the mail truck every day! I stood at the end of our driveway to get the mail and I apologized for something that I didn't do wrong. If I had the opportunity to switch mail carrier companies, I would. Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of the USPS and their rules of not having to get out of their truck. Kind of lazy if you ask me.

Eric Huffman with bulk mailing at Dublin was not helpful today. I sat there for 10 or so minutes just so he could check my form and his computer which is something I don’t need to be present for. Also called my office after I left there telling me that I was using the wrong form. Shouldn’t he or the clerk in the front taking my payment for the mailing have noticed this when they both looked over my form? He also told me postage went up which is something he also should’ve noticed after looking over my form because I write those amounts in prior to leaving the form with the mail. He demanded that I come to their office between 1-3pm today to pay an extra fee and fill out the new form. We were not notified that forms had changed or that price of mailing had changed after January 26th. He said it should’ve come in the mail with our permit but we pay our permit in July so we were not notified. When I asked him to fax the new form, it was the same exact form that I have been using. Not pleased.

Phillip took my call on a Saturday concerning a failed delivery message I received. He made a guess as to what had happened (package was placed on the wrong delivery vehicle), and took my name and number to let me know for sure after he called the driver. He called me back almost immediately to let me know that indeed his guess was correct and that my package was on the correct vehicle for delivery later today. He was very polite and friendly, and completely professional in manner, and apologized at least twice. It was a pleasure speaking with him and I was impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you usps!

Our postal box lock is broken. Neither of our keys will work. When I tried to call the Dublin Post Office for help I either got no answer or a busy signal. This is consistent with past experiences with this office.
