I truly don't understand how the mailman claimed he tried to deliver a package but isnt seen on my cameras nor is there a slip left stating it. the package is for my business and due to the holiday we have missed out on money due to the ignorance.

I just love putting outgoing mail in my mail box and the dimwitted ignorant postal twit who WALKS TROUGH MY YARD because she's to lazy or stupid maybe to utilize a sidewalk but can't walk to my mailbox to take outgoing mail. Trotwood!

everytime I get a package sent it never comes to my address...they are very grimey, and unkempt...this is the second time this has happened...and when you try to call nobody ever answers, they let an outdated system answer...this is crazy and this place needs new workers or needs to shut down.

This is not a review. I'm attempting to find my package. I copied and pasted the tracking number, 9361289690090462375102, and msg said that was an invalid #. I had received a text that my package had been delivered. I went to the door and no package. The text said my pkg was placed inside the mail box. That pkg would not fit INSIDE the box.

We have been at our location for over 3 months. Our name and address is on the building and we constantly hear from our customers that mail sent to us is not deliverable. I have called and talked to the Trotwood's branch post office and that they would make note of it and have this corrected. I am sure to everyone's surprise this has not been corrected. Very frustrated.

Got a notice that they attempted to deliver a package but there was no access. The front door is 10 feet from the road with only grass in the way! Worse off, I was at home when they say it was attempted. Two days later I get a message saying that delivery was attempted again and a notice was left, again at a time when I was home! Total BS and garbage service.

My magazines are constantly ruined by Trotwood branch. I have complained about it to the manager. It stopped for about two issues and now it has started back again. I just got a new magazine from a new publisher and it is ruined from the top cover to the back cover. And now when I try to call the number stays busy as if it is off the hook. Tried the number listed on the website (not the fax number) and it rings then sounds off like a fax number.
