Last Sun (2-12-23) a neighbor gave me mail that had been delivered to his house by mistake the day before. He also had other people's mail that had been dropped at his house that he was delivering. This is a recurring problem on Pathview and the post office won't fix it. The mailmen don't check the mail and match it to the house numbers. They Can't deliver it right but sure can keep raising the price of stamps!

You're right. Same problem for about 6 months here on Dial. Can't get thru at the number listed and just gave up calling. Switched all my bills to electronic so all I get now is the junk mail. Helped to lower my blood pressure when I quit worrying about who was getting my bank statements and bills.

2nd time I have scheduled a package "pick up" and has not been picked up. this time the package schedule for pick up 3/31 but is still sitting on my porch. but I received a notice on 4/1 it was already picked up. How does that work? Is that part of April Fools? I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT PICK UP SERVICE. DONT OFFER IF NOT GOING TO TO DO IT AND DONT SEND NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETION WHEN THE PACKAGE IS STILL SITTING ON MY PORCH! I’m very upset with my carrier. It is February 18,2021. I was expecting my medication in the mail on February 17, well she didn’t even come on my street and then when I went to track my medication it said she couldn’t get to us. That is bull. No one on Lambeth Dr received mail on February 17. It said my medication would be delivered today. Well she just walked right by my house, I even had a letter in the mailbox to mail. I have had problems with her ever since she has had this route. If I check my tracking today and it says she couldn’t get her I will be calling our local tv station. I’m glad I still have a couple of pills left. Something needs to be done.

I mailed two Christmas cards to my grandsons in Springfield last week, one was delivered and the other was not. This follows a history of my mail being lost, some requiring an expensive stop payments on a check, since I have lived here. The letters were taken to the P.O. counter to have additional postage added because they were oversize, so it is lost somewhere in the postal system. I found an e-mail address for the Postmaster on the web site and sent an inquiry, but I have had no response.. I will not give up until it is found, my grandson was very hurt when his brother got one and he did not and there is no excuse for it.

I watched our mailman deliver our mail and write an undeliverable form of a certified letter. We are all home. He wrote 9am and it was 2pm and he said he couldn't deliver because of a dog. He DID NOT get out of his truck!!! My mailbox is by the street. He did this 2 times now. So now I have to go to the post office to pick up my mail because he can't be bothered to get out of his truck?

Our mailman constantly delivers mail to our house that belongs a street over. We live on Belle Plain and we get mail that belongs on Beldale. I see the resemblance in the street name, but it happens way too often. I used to just drive it over there, but thought they’ll never stop if they don’t realize they’re doing this. So I started putting it back in my mailbox.... Mailman won’t take it back! I write notes and rubber band it to the mail. In big letter I explain this is not the right street and that it was delivered to me incorrectly.... my mailman still won’t take it back. I hate to think of anything important of mine or my neighbors ever coming in the mail. We can’t trust our postal service. In addition to that I have witness my mailman park his truck and get in the back to rearrange his bags. I’ve watched him take a large package and throw it across his truck. We had a woman once delivering. I watched her park in front of the fire hydrant on my street. My neighbor pointed it out to her and she laughed and walked away!!!

Our mailman appears to be incompetent, lazy, or both. I have a priority package that I need (medical device), that was due to be delivered on Wed. 6/27/18. The postman didn't get out of his truck, just leaves a note to tell me I wasn't home, which I was! I followed directions on the note to deliver today, & it wasn't. I called the post office 3 times letting the phone ring until it cut off all 3 times. No one would answer. My husband filled out a complaint last time this happened. There needs to be consequences for lazy mailmen. There are other people who would be glad to have their jobs & do it well. I'm disabled, & now I have to go to the post office. Needless to say, I'm really angry & tired of this from our post office! This has to change. Thank you.
