I have had a letter hanging on my mail box for two days now. We didn't have a letter carrier yesterday and today an older white man driving a van turned around in my driveway and STILL DID NOT PICK UP MY MAIL. If you can be that inept and work there I want a job. I guess you don't have to care because you are the post office. Just drawing that goment money huh??? Plus I never got my A.T.&T. bill. My mail hasn't been right since Mad Dog Madison quit running it.

I had not received mail between the days of DEC 1-7. Ive been told several different story of no one covering the rout, mail being left, lost mail and total poor service all around. Customer service reps and post men laughing about the situation because the system has failed to do their jobs. It is a federal offence NOT TO deliver government mail. All that has happened is I am out of luck and a post office continues to operate poorly without any consequences.

.I write this with trepidation that it will all be in vain. Mail delivery to my home is very strange, indeed. Take the past two months , mail arrived at my address at 5 or 6 PM. On rare occasions it came before 1l AM. Rare indeed. Often mail would be delivered by a neighbor whose lives on another named Wabash Avenue, while my address in Mount Vernon Avenue. I guess they are so similar, mistakes will occur. But sometimes , I should say often the mail is not here by 6 PM, but every time we go and recheck, thinking we may have lost our vision and the mail was there at 7:45 PM. That happened Thursday and it’s happened before that we are now trained to do the old double check routine to see if we have received some late Christmas Cards. You must want me to get some exercise checking for my mail. I thought it was the dog two doors away, because we only have some squirrels hanging out in our front yard , since 1975. Then I saw a carrier running from house to house like something was after him. He must have known it was almost near sundown, or he had to make a pit stop, or he was just scared we might grab him and ask why was dog gone late. We recognized him as a newbie, and knew the old vets may not show up at all till the next day or the neighbors chip in and help. Can you out why we are being mistreated or should my friends or creditors send me smoke signals or by circuit rider.

I do not receive mail until Thursday or Friday of every week and a lot of times I check for the mail up until 8pm and wake up the next morning and the mail is there. I am very dissatisfied with the services and would like to see an improvement.
