Postal Locations

I have been using this post office for decades. I went there this morning to pick up a package that required a signature. The service and experience I received was EXTRAORDINARY. How I have ever not had the privilege of working with Maurice before is beyond me. Fabulous service…great attitude…((I can’t believe I am saying this) a true pleasure. I walked out of there with a smile on my face. What a great way to start my day. Thank you, Maurice.

Hi. We live on the corner of sackett and 7th. I really dislike having to complain about anything, but our postal delivery woman is quite bad. I am only sending this because I had placed my absentee ballot in our mailbox for pickup and it was left there for 3 days. 3 DAYS! I clearly put it in plain view with the postage facing out but it was ignored. Therefore, I had to drive it down to grant street and drop it off after work last night so my votes were counted. Isn't this her job? Drop off and deliver mail? Also, on 3 seperate occasions she has left packages for myself and the 3 other tenands in our small apartment building sitting on the front porch...in the rain. I understand sometimes it is not raining when delivery is made, but there is a door she could open and at least place it inside the building, but that extra 3 steps is tough. On one instance I was actually home when delivery was made and it was raining and the package was THROWN onto the porch. I know this because I heard it hit the porch and then the door. This is sad. There are plenty of hard working people that need jobs. Hire one of them to replace this employee who obviously does not care about anyone on her route or anything she delivers. Thanks
