Received a notice (torn in half) and almost failed to find it. Notice indicated that there was no secure place to leave packages. There was no attempt to deliver it to the house because the notice stated “Sorry e missed you while you were out.” However we were not out, we were at home. It is awful to try to redeliver. Will attempt to pick up packages at USPS station in Copley.

Packages are left out at the ROAD, rather than delivered to house. They then get drenched in rain & risk being taken. If this happens one more time I will report this zip code’s delivery record to the postmaster general. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Im not recieving mail, and the mail i do receive isnt even mine. Im missing crucial documents and anytime ive called i get no answer. I guess im going to have to walk in. But with the service ive received im sure the doors will be locked. 44321 is sadly the worse place to receive USPS mail. If this continues I will pursue with a lawyer.

I am concerned about the competency of the USPS system. On average, 1 out of every 2 packages that claims to have been "delivered" do not make it to my residency. It saddens me to state this is consistent with most residents I talk to. When I ask the Copley Post Office, they continue to give me the excuse of "there is not a consistent mail deliverer, which is why the packages continue to be lost. I feel the system uses this as more of an identity than attempting to cure the issue. The small businesses who ship their packages and the Copley residents are the ones hurt by these circumstances, and it appears the USPS is not fulfilling its mission and duty to its residents and businesses. For the sake of duty, this issue must be resolved sooner than later. It has gone on too long.
