They won't answer their phone--ever. I got a post card from Bottom Line Health saying that my issues are returned to them as undeliverable. The address is correct. The directions said to contact my local post office if it is correct. But it won't answer. Wonder what else I am not getting.

I want to have our mail held but cannot find the option to click on. I did find a service that charges $20. is that what I have to do??
