I am trying to get a certified letter to the Franklin County (Ohio) Treasurer's Office. Its tracking number is 70210950000157497829. Terrible service! They do not answer the phone! I have had it confirmed by USPS consumer affairs that they purposely take their phones off of the hook so they do not have to answer calls.
