My mail was put on hold by someone online and was told can’t find out do did this. Apparently anybody can put anybody’s mail on hold and get away with this. I ask to speak to the post master the person wasn’t available what is the postal service coming to theses days

Mail goes in the mailbox NOT under a damn package on the front porch to get soaked. I’m pissed. I’ll be calling tomorrow during business hours.

I was expecting a few hundred dollars worth of electronics today. The USPS delivery vehicle showed up outside, on the street. I was halfway down the driveway when she drove off. I checked the mailbox and a "sorry we missed you while you were out" sticker was on some of the mail, not including my electronics. No attempt was made to approach the house and the box wouldn't fit in my mailbox. No excuse for not doing your job fully. Where else would this box of electronics have gone; if not inside the house?

So I bought $60 worth of makeup (a palette and 9 makeup brushes) delivered to the wrong house and not even on my street. Now they said they will track it down bc they dont know what house they delivered it to

What is the policy or procedure your carrier is to follow when delivering packages? I had a package delivered today with electronic devices and it was left in my driveway while it was raining. I would at least think they should have placed it in a plastic bag to help protect it from the elements like other reputable services do. Please respond with your procedures.

This post office does not open it's window until 830. The hours are incorrect on here. I've now been standing here listening to some inappropriate conversations because the employees but assume no one is on the lobby, even though the lobby is open 24 hours.
