The new drive through mailboxes just installed are terrible for older and disabled people to use from the car. Very disappointing.

Hello I have had mail sent through your department several times and For some reason when it gets to your department I gets stuck there. I have a second package tracking number 3922393625084048300 which seems to be stuck at zip code 44134. This is the second time and I have never received my package which came g to here in august which has a tracking number of 17650495671487951011. What is going on that I can’t get my packages.

I have to give a shout out to this branch's manager, Debra. I had some issues with delivery of packages after a move to another city which were my own fault. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure my packages made it to my new home. Thank you!

5530 Sunset Lane, Parma, Ohio 44134 My husband & I are disabled. We requested that mail be delivered to our mailbox at our door. It had been up until Roberta Prizner retired. A block was in our box at the top of the street & someone (a USPS employee) removed it. The only time we do have the mail delivered to the mailbox at our door is when Val is a carrier (the only good one left). Between my husband & myself we have had 14 major surgeries. Also, no mail was delivered in Sandpiper on Saturday, 11/11/17. We have friends on most streets in this development and none received mail (highly unlikely). If the carriers GPS shows they were here numerous residents can and will dispute that. Tell Roberta to un-retire or change the rules and give the route to Val.
