Sent certified mail to zip code 45271 on 11/3/21 from Hillsboro, Ohio and the last update on the tracking information was when it was scanned in Cincinnati at 21:30 on 11/3/21. This is an attorney's office and this was court documents that were required to be served and there is no way I can determine whether my letter arrived and now must resend again at further cost to the estate. Unacceptable.

I will not be using this location any longer, not even to utilize their wastebasket! The clerical workers I have encountered are kind and offer quality customer service! The 2 supervisors I dealt with were quite apathetic, I suggest the clerical workers become a supervisor, as they have expressed care and concern! In order to receive a refund for services not rendered, I contacted the post office out of state, where this item was delivered. Guess what?, they showed empathy and are issuing me a refund! It was so refreshing to be shown superior customer service! Thank you, out of state post office !

I don't understand why I get so much mail that doesn't belong to me. I have put a notice of the names that should be delivered to my box, but that seems to be completely ignored. This morning I gathered all the misdelivered mail, attached a post-it stating (not at this address) I also requested out going mail be picked up, The mail person removed the outgoing mail notice, left all the mail inside the box with my note attached. I also didn't receive any mail addressed to me, so I don' t know if I had no mail or was it deliberately withheld or stuck in the wrong box on purpose.

I run a business out of my house. When my usual post man Robert is not on duty my chances of a pick up or delivery are about 60%. If you guys expect to compete with UPS or FedEx you really need to step up your game.

I agree. I have lost countless packages dealing with them. I live in an apartment building and they just drop packages at the mail boxes, people have stolen my stuff. I don’t understand why they don’t drop them in front of my door or knock on the door or something . They just don’t care.
