Very hateful , rude staff. One staff person has been exceedingly insulting to me. I have only been kind to her while asking for assistance.

Service is terrible. We have not had any mail delivery in 4 days. They need to close the Post Office and let a private company operate mail delivery. I hate to say this but I worked for the post office for 34 years and I’ve never seen issues like we have today. You can’t reach the Groesbeck Branch, no one answers the phone. Additionally if you go to the Groesbeck Branch they refuse to provide you the mail. They claim it isn’t at the Branch which I know is a lie. While they use to be one of the best government agencies they have fast become one of the worst.

Absolutely insane. Even with Informed Delivery...I still do not get my mail. We've had mail to be picked up since Wednesday the 9th of November. Today is now Tuesday and it's still here. The carrier delivers when he feels like it. I imagine he takes our mail home with him and brings it when he's in the mood. I can't call and complain because the Groesbeck office won't answer their phone. They just let it ring until it goes busy. No one at the post office even cares. Just rude. The mail betweene & my daughter (who is a US Navy Sailor) means a lot to both of us...even if it means nothing to the USPS. I used to firmly support them but I see now it's one sided because the USPS does not care about the American people. I wish there was another option for the people. I am truly saddened because I can see that I have mail but can get NO ASSISTANCE in obtaining it from the carrier.

At least once a month the letters I send out never get delivered. Many times these are payments for utilities etc...Several times have been charged late fees. I used to be strong supporter of USPS but they have gone down hill drastically. No one answers phone including carrier supervisors. Impossible to file complaint on line. Would say the whole system is a joke but it’s not funny !!

Mail service has been unreliable and getting worse. I will go2-3 days without mail and then my box will be loaded. I have yet to receive utility bills for this month. Others on block have. What is wrong? I’m going to wind up paying late fees.

Please instruct your carriers that mail to be sent, that is left on the mailbox to be mailed, should be picked up by the carrier and mailed for the resident!

This is ridiculous that either whoever happens to show up at work for the day is sent out to deliver it, there's no local number, and or when delivered if we're lucky they will show up with our mail and not the neighbors. This frustrates me to no end!!!

My street, Connecticut Avenue, did NOT receive any mail yesterday! Usual mail delivery varies from 4:30 to 8:00 PM- obviously extremely late, but yesterday, Feb. 1, NO MAIL! What happened?

I sympathize with the mail carriers and their long days of driving and walking to deliver the mail. I live in a building of apartment type condos on the second floor. I found an amazon delivery on the ground outside the box, which being a small book would have fit in the mailbox or could have been delivered up the top of the steps where my condo is located. One other time I found my box of blank checks laying on the floor outside my mailbox which really would have been a disaster. Lucky for me I was home when the mail came that afternoon.

Groesbeck post office has received over 8 calls about my mail. Seems no one cares my mail blowing down the street. Sometimes wet mail from hanging out the box. I have lived here since 2015, with no problems, all my mail was in the box. Late 2017 my mail started getn put in neighbors boxes and now its blowing down street or hangn out the box.

Out of all the years of receiving mail I’ve never dealt with such unethical postal service in particularly the management and the 2 young female carriers! I received a bogus letter stating my mail would be on suspension due to carrier being attacked or afraid of my PUPPY all because of a verbal incident with her.. when went into location to get my mail it was told to me that I had no mail there..
