Was told by my mail deliverer that if snow was in my driveway that she was not permitted to bring packages to my door. Now we live in ohio and winter is a long season so may I suggest that this mail carrier be redirected? The driveway is plowed and easily traversed. If this continues I will file a more formal complaint. Whatever happened to the saying that nothing stops the US mail? This is unacceptable and would like this matter addressed immediately. Thank you.

At yesterday's visit, the person working was very unpleasant. I was mailing pre-paid and pre-labeled packages. She was in the back room texting on her cell phone and wanted me just to leave the boxes on the counter and not scan them in. I didn't want to leave multiple small shipping boxes containing hundreds of dollars of merchandise out on an unattended, unwatched counter that is accessible by the general public and has quick entrance and exit access. When she finally came out, the worker said she is the only one working and can't be spend her time watching the front counter. I understand that, but when people do come in, I'd think she'd be willing to come to the front area and do her job instead of being in the back room texting on her phone. Someone could easily have come in and walked off with my packages without her even seeing them. It took her about 10 seconds to scan them in once I insisted that she do that. No other customers in the building when this happened.

very poor service recently. no one answers the phone and they are not at the counter to help you when you come in. you have to stand and wait.
