I was having trouble with an Amazon order being mailed via USPS to someone in Arkansas and Mike was able to reach out to the post office in Arkansas and get everything sorted out for me. He was very pleasant and helpful in resolving this matter.

I have lived in Aurora since 1982 and I have never had a day without mail until this month. I have had at least 4-5 days with no mail and these are not hollidays. What exactly is going on here? The mail person flew by this street around noon or 1 pm and stopped at maybe 2 places. Something is strange here.

on occasion the mail does not get delivered. 2 days ago it was not delivered again and I called to inquire as to why. The person said they would talk to the carrier. Now I had a letter in the box for pickup with the flag up and the carrier delivered the mail and did not pick up my letter. Retaliatoin? Very poor service.

We are not happy. We live in Walden and our regular delivery person went on vacation and whoever hired the replacement for her ought to be taught how to check our a person's capabilities BEFORE letting that person loose. Our mail was consistently either delivered to the wrong party and we were all running around trying to RE-DELIVER the mail or at the very least setting it up on a ledge in the shed in the hopes it would be found by the right person. This is totally and completely not acceptable. This is NOT the first time either, so something needs to be corrected with the hiring practice. Also found out that our regular mail person has had her hours cut because her job is too small to need the hours she has right now. REALLY! She has our entire development to deliver to and has ALWAYS done a superb job and with people moving in and out it takes a very special person to keep on top of things without screwing it up. We are just one of many people that are upset and want to know why this should be happening. Our regular person had to be called back off of vacation - that is another thing that is just not acceptable. She is entitled to that time off and it should be expected that the person to replace be properly trained. Or is that really asking too much. Do you even check to be sure they can read and know their numbers?? I doubt it because that is how badly the mail was messed up. And when I get a package that says DO NOT BEND and it is completely jammed into our box and is all crumpled - well, do you really think that is the right way to handle things. Something needs to be done with our local P.O. and those in charge. Someone is not doing their job and it is NOT our regular mail person. This is NOT the first time we have gone through this but it hopefully will change. On another note, the grooming of the sheds has been so bad that some of our residents have had to take it upon themselves to actually do your work for you. Really???> You should be ashamed. Why not let's try hiring people who really WANT to work and training them properly and see what happens. You just might be pleasantly surprised. And just so you know, there will be a follow-up to this complaint going to higher ups in the Postal Service because we are the ones paying for this service and we are not happy.

Semi-reliable if weather is sunny. Won't get out of truck if it's cold. Have watch mailman drive by my house on multiple occasions and then say a "notice was left as resident was not home". No notice ever left and resident was home on all occasions. Very frustrating. Service in the post office is usually great though.

Just before Christmas I was expecting a package and the post office claimed it was delivered at 8:22PM on a Friday. I did not receive that package and I wondered why the post office would deliver packages so late. I live in a residential and relatively safe area. In any case, I filed a claim and the post office would not believe I did not receive it. So the company I ordered the product from shipped me another package. I signed up for an alert so I would know when it was out for delivery. I luckily was home and heard the postal truck outside so I peered out the window. The man driving the truck put my mail there but did not deliver the package! So my husband opened the front door and yelled as he drove forward to my neighbor's mailbox. When he heard my husband he then put his truck in reverse to our driveway and opened his trunk to retrieve our package. He then walked it up to our home. He put forth no effort to deliver it initially and it really makes me wonder if he was the one who took my first package!
