I have been waiting for a package that comes from grand rapids Mich it has been in Akron for 2 days already the tracking site says it will be dellivered by friday by 8 pm why is that ? if it in Akron it should be on my doorstep by now not on friday what is the hold up ? I understand that the new post master gen is wanting to slow the mail down because of Trump this is out landish are they going to give us a look at there new post office slower than ever and with a smirk thank you Ray Gray 1690 manchester road n44314

This has to be the worst post office I have ever been in my entire life. Customer service is terrible. This post office seems to forget that we pay for their service and we are the customer. I'm tired of giving them second chances. The staff is rude, slow, lazy and under trained. This post office is a mile away from my house and I refuse to go there again. I can't believe these people are getting paid for the the terrible service that they give.
