When I mailed a package at the post office a few days later I received an email saying my package was undeliverable and to send the correct address AND pay a delivery fee o $.30 by credit card! I know its a scam so I ignore it. BUT how did they know I really did mail a package? Like others have posted that no one answers the phones at the post office I am unable to report this and to confirm that my package was delivered.

I think that the Arlington Road post office in Akron is stealing my mail. Today was supposed to get 2 letter according to uniformed delivery. I got none. This is not the first time this has happened. It's happened numerous times. I've tried calling the post office but they never answer the phone. What am I supposed to do to get my mail.

Does anyone know what time the mailman runs for Spring Hill apartments in Akron Ohio I’ve been waiting for my food stamp card to come in the mail and it’s still not here normally we get the mail by now but I haven’t received anything in the mail since last Friday this is getting really annoying because it seems like no one knows what time the mail comes and I can’t find any answers on the internet.

I called about a business issue. First I was left on hold, with no eventual answer, for 10 minutes. Next call, hang up without answer, third call, just no answer. Tried the main PO, but got nothing but "press one to" and then instructions to go online. Here I am, online, and no answer. Going to have to go to the PO on my lunch break. Thanks, DeJoy.

Quite often I receive no mail, and then I will suddenly receive a stack. I live at 955. I recently ran into a next-door neighbor at 949 who informed me that they quite often get stacks of mail addressed to me. Is it possible to receive my mail in timely manner?

For weeks now I have literally been delivering mail to persons cause the delivery is wrong addresses. I have mail as of 3-20-22 that is.very important to the person. Jobs and family mail. A educated person can see the address and a till cant deliver. This is not a mistake all the time. You need to train them to read. How hard can that be. Zip is 44311 and the address is 2 blocks away total diff number. You ppl are lazy and this is sad

We have been receiving our mail very late, between 6:30-7:30pm, at 1437 Forest Dr, Akron, OH 44312 for quite a few years. We are now receiving our mail at 8:40-8:50pm the week of 2/7/22. Why is this happening? We have received our mail 4:00-4:30pm only when our regular mail carrier is on vacation!

I don't understand why you guys can manage to deliver my junk mail perfectly fine but can't seem to get my checks here. Y'all have lost over 2,000 of my money since the 15th. Ive filled complaints and called. This is bullshit and I can see on my informed delivery when the checks are supposed to be here

Ordered packages on the 24th of December we're supposed to be delivered on Monday the second packages are now considered to be lost at the Wolf Ledges post office yet several other pieces of mail have came from there with no issue where are my packages and why have they not been delivered had to open several cases with consumer affairs at the USPS in hopes that they find the two missing packages should not have to go through all this trouble to get to First Class packages delivered to my house in a timely manner my local post office blamed it on Coronavirus stating that that was the reason why the mail was so delayed Coronavirus was here during the summer and there was no issue with the mail or the postal service at that time also there was no issues with getting ballots that were mail-in in delivered so what is the issue with getting to first class packages delivered to my house on time these were Christmas presents for my daughter who is 8 years old now they're missing

I have had so many issues with priority forwarding but this last one takes the cake. A piece of mail addressed to 453 Kathleen St. apparently was delivered to 453 Barwell St. and resident put a huge note on the from that said "453 Kathleen not Barwell.) That piece of mail ended up in my priority mail packet - my address is nothing close to 453 Kathleen or Barwell!!! Five Points PO

I am adding a review alright! I can`t believe you didn`t shut down for these letter carriers, we are so desperate for the dern junk mail that one day isn`t going to kill us, such a disgrace that Akron don`t care no more than that for their workers and they have to walk most of it even if they have a truck! I bet management is sitting behind a desk all snug and warm...…..shame on all of you.

Why do the mail men and women not wear uniforms around akron, oh anymore? Government workers are starting to look a little bit ghetto around here...

USPS is privately owned, therefore not government.

Privately owned or not, a uniform should be required, it shows professionalism and speaks for the company.
