Would like to talk to a coordinator in your office with respect to an application I filed for an accommodation due to my physical disability. My post office is in Sullivan County and was initially addressed by a representative in the Jeffersonville post office. Please provide the name and valid *telephone number of someone who can help me with this. *Your 914 number has a message about a full mailbox. Thank you.

On Saturday, January 21; 2023; I received four separate pieces of mail sent out in July, 2022. The Mail consisted of two Westchester County Board of Elections notification cards for voting for the 2022 Primary Elections on 8/23/2022, and two charge card bills due for 7/28/22 due date and August 3, 2022. My question is why so late explanation? Was a bag of old marl found in the Post Office laying in a corner?? I would like some explanation. I am positive other people received late July, 2022 mail on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Try calling General Post Master to talk or leave a message, but phone voice mailbox was completely full and could not leave a message. Hope to hear back from General Post Master for White Plains, NY.

The White Plains USPS(near ShopRite) location would have provided a great experience however, the woman behind the counter decided the best course forward was to berate me for not having my nose covered with a mask. She refused to take my package even though I corrected it. She should not be employed at this location due to her complete lack of simple customer service. She then proceeded to tell me I would not be able to have the package scanned and get a receipt since she "didn't want to face me" and I told her I needed a receipt for this shipment. After refusing to leave she reluctantly scanned my package and I got my receipt. The woman was older, darker complexion and had a hijab on. Hopefully management speaks with her about her bad attitude so she is able to act more kind going forward. I will be avoiding USPS (especially this location) as a whole from this point forward.

The North White Plains post office continues to be a source of disgust and frustration on many levels. It's location near a bus stop and a bus company attracts discarded food wrappers, cups, covid masks and garbage that sits there for days and never looks clean but always littered. There should be a bi-weekly pickup of this garbage by a maintenance crew. We shouldn't have to watch our step to avoid used covid masks. Maybe a few signs or a garbage can OUTSIDE the building would help. If anyone else feels this way please make your feelings known by contacting the Post Master at the Fisher Ave. station. I have twice. Maybe the complaint should go further up.

today I got all my mail along with all the mail for 53 Hall Ave and my neighbor got all the mail for 51 Hall Ave.. but we live on Valley Rd. This is a common accordance. I have been missing at least 1 package a week I have complained yet nothing is done to fix this issue. This is a SHAME and needs to be addressed.

The North White Plains station closed today at 3:50 pm as opposed to the posted closing time of 4:00. This practice is annoying and renders your service unreliable. I was told by the mail delivery person that the machines went down at 2:30. Regardless I like the other patrons left on the street use your other services. If your closing hours are so inconvenient for your employees please set new closing hours so we can make informed decisions as to when we can visit your station or make arrangements to do business elsewhere. Thank you

Like Arlene, my mail is also a week late, neither pickup nor delivery. The weather has not been that bad every day, Not to mention the letters I have received from Atlanta about packages I sent which were lost or damaged, where they claim the package will be sent back to me and never arrives.

Some days our mail does not arrive until 5:00 or even later. It is not delivered at all on some days ( yesterday, for example). The postal worker does not always pick up our outgoing mail a service we have had for the 63 years we have lived in White Plains. Can these problems be solved? We are in our 90’s !

The department store I ordered a set of Nike Tech's because they aren't nowhere to be found. The gentleman at Nordstrom put White Plains, NM! The Post Office not only corrected it, but got it to me in a very timely manner. I would like to thank the woman at Fisher st office. I don't know her name but she was an African-American woman with her hair braided back. She was excellent and really made my day! Thanks so much!

With COVID going on my job has decided to lock the elevator at a certain time to prevent unnecessary exposure. My package delivery guy, coming from the Fisher Ave office, straight up told me as long as the elevator is locked he will NOT be delivering my package. As ridiculous as that is, it gets better. He says he will just leave them at the Fisher Ave office. Well he lied AGAIN! I have to go thru a huge runaround now for every package i receive. I call the Fisher Ave office and they cant help or even bother to LOOK for my package. My driver doesnt even attempt redelivery AT ALL. No wonder why USPS is failing miserably and looking for bailouts. Service sucks, inefficient, lazy, and just all around RUDE...

A coworker by the name of Kai has no professionalism what’s so ever and should never be placed in the front. Whatever personal issue she has going on, she takes it out on the customers. Not fair! She is very disrespectful.

We have been trying to get in touch with someone at this location for a while now. We have not receive any mail for weeks and our clients have been sending us mail. Our mail is very important. We put our trust in the postal service to deliver our mails and packages and yet they are not doing so. Please do better and deliver our mail. Thank you

My husband never received his package yesterday for the PS4 Deadpool console and 1 controller it is for our son's birthday, and I did go online for a redelivery for today since they lied and didn't deliver it yesterday in which is wrong and very unprofessional, unmannerable, and goes against all USPS postal policies.

I'm a resident in Bldg 2. I received letter from my insurance company that my policy has lapsed because yearly payment not received. I called and said I never received statement. Company told me they had sent 5 - yes 5 - notices of payment due. And I never received any until lapsed notice last week. Payment was due May 31, insurance lady told me they mailed 2 in april, May and June and July. Where are they? This is a disgrace.

We are extremely disappointed and angry with our postal delivery for the past few months!! We have a new mail carrier everyday and some days we receive no mail at all. We have even had our mail left unattended in the hallway with no attempt to find our office. Our company receives a large amount of mail and this is unacceptable to us. Something needs to be done to resolve this issue asap!!

I live in a Co-op on N.Broadwsay, White Plains. Been here over 20 yrs. Since beginning of '17 I've had to do at least 5 stop payment on checks never received at $30 s clip. Most recent included late payment fine. There is a problem as this never happened in all these years. How do I contact to have this investigated? thanx

It is now 4:30 pm and no postman has shown up at my building to deliver mail. When you call the post office at 914-287-2501, no one answers, and no one ever answers because they are used to doing what they damn please!!!!!Take notice, Fisher Avenue, that as of tomorrow, all of your nonsense is going to stop, as I am filing a complaint with the Postmaster General about the crappy way you conduct yourselves. You work for me, the taxpayer, and I do not work for you!!!!!!!!!

I am so upset by the way I was spoken to by one of the tellers in the White Plains office. It was 5 pm unbeknownst to me, I went in the 620 Mamaroneck Ave office in White plains, to get a priority box. I didn't know it was closed, I walked in as a cust. Walked out. The teller in a very nasty tone, tells me I have to leave they are closed, I said I just have to grab a box, she again nasty tone, said YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE BUILDING NOW! I did, but was upset, I wasn't going to delay her further. I needed a priority box, just grab and go, she had 2 people waiting still to get helped, don't understand why so mean. Ever since they transferred the tellers from the Fisher Ave post office, this place has had horrible customer service. I wish they would have kept the ladies that were there before ( one of them is still there and she is the best, wish I knew her name) they always helped people quickly, politely and with a smile. This was the office I would go to for any mailing services but ever since the switched the tellers, most of the time I go to UPS, to avoid confrontation. A little more expensive but no headaches.
