The clerk named Martha is notorious for her rudeness. People have complained for years. Why is she still in a customer service position? I would suppose the lack of response by the USPS to my prior complaint would explain its priorities. Only funding cuts can help us in situations like these.

This is the only post office I go to(over 15 years), I used to go to the one on fisher ave. But the lines are always too long 4-5 tellers but always only 1-2 actually working. I used to be able to get any postal needs done in minutes-in and out- here at USPS Gedney but ever since the tellers from Fisher moved here the lines are always long and the wait is on average 10-15 min. Please bring back the girls that were there before, they are fast courteous. Never was a long wait when they were here.
