I have been waiting on a package for 5 days that I keep getting told is on its way! I’ve tried calling & there is no way to speak to a person it’s the most crazy thing I’ve ever heard! I’ve Iask to get a call back probably 30 times now & still no call! It’s the worst post office I have ever had to deal with in my 58 years on this earth!!!

Hi there, I’m looking to see what’s involved in getting an American PO BOX. I’m a Canadian resident but need an American PO Box that I can forward to my Canadian address. What is the process in doing this and how does one initiate things? Thanks for your assistance, Mandy (613)8978095

The mailman that delivers mail to my mailbox by road Jams boxes into my mailbox that are Too large. This has happened before with this mailman. Today it took me several minutes to pull the box out. This is laziness on the part of the mailman. The mail lady I had before had the ambition to get out of the vehicle and put box on steps. Next time I expect a box, I will stand outside when I see him and have him hand me the package so he doesn't have to get out of his vehicle.

My husband receives a fishing box that he pays $40 a month for. The carrier dropped off in a different part of town. My husband went in every day for a week. Each time they took his information. The only way he knew they dropped it off somewhere else was because a lady told him where it was. The company just needs a statement from the post office so they can send him a new box. No one has helped him. I thought it was a federal issue if someone opens your mail. I thought the post office was suppose to take things seriously. What if this was something even more important? Oh and our mail comes at like 6 at night too with a different carrier all the time. What is the deal. Just venting thanks.

I live on Eimicke Place, more specifically 15614 Eimicke place, the post worker left a mail bin on top of the mail boxes and neglected to finish their route. The bin is still there today. 11.12.2020.

The rural carrier for Ives St Rd extension needs to stop cramming packages in the mailbox. Today she crammed a bag into the mailbox and then a box halfway in, crushing the end and had a rubberband holding the door open. Total cost of both packages was over $100.00 and luckily I was home because it is supposed to rain. She does it a lot, sometimes she says she can’t deliver because no one is home, not true, she has delivered mail and forgotten the package. I have seen her do it. This is not the first time this has happened. I have also left her a note before asking her not to cram packages in the mailbox and leave the door open.

The postal worker for Leray Street needs to pay attention to trailer numbers on mail for 933 Leray Evergreen Mobile Home Park. There is another family two trailers down with the same last name Seems we get each other’s mail quite often. Please advice this person to look at trailer numbers. Thank you

Delivery gets worse every day. Anywhere between 4-6 pm. What is the excuse? We have a different carrier all the time. Years ago it would be around 1 pm at latest. Now it's pathetic. Hire robots instead.

Good afternoon,, I am a Canadian citizen living in Sydenham, ON, wishing the possibility of opening a post office box in your town in order to import goods from the U.S. for pick up at your location. Would appreciate knowing the possibility, procedures and charges necessary to set this up. Thank you, Mark Weber

I was disappointed to return from travel and find that my mail had been delivered - when I had put into my box three days ahead of departure a yellow postal request for the specific hold dates. Does stopping mail delivery now require a personal delivery notice AT the post office?

My wife reports the sam problem. I just phone them up, within normal working hours, waited for ten rings, and nobody answered.
