My mail was never received when sending birthday and Valentine Day cards. Is someone tampering with the mail? I sent 2 cards to grandkids at same address and 1 came back as undeliverable. I printed the envelopes. There was no mistake in address. I’m still waiting to find out what happened to my son’s birthday card which had a check in it. I can’t trust the post office. Also I was getting wrong mail a lot. But that at least improved.
Severely understaffed to process customers that wait more than 45 minutes. Only one clerk was working to serve 12 people, and the manager stated, “there is no other clerk available.” I requested if the manager would pitch in. His response was, “I’m not trained.”
Poor response. Poor service. Poor accommodation by a federal employee.
We have ALWAYS had issues with our postal delivery however we have reached a new LOW. Our mail has been sitting in an empty mailbox for over 2 months because our new mail carrier cannot be bothered to read an address. When she first started, I greeted her and explained we receive mail for over some of our clients but our name JD CPA PC is on everything. Showed her our mailbox, showed her our office door and we are STILL not getting our mail. After the mailperson leaves everyone from our plaza comes out the mailbox and then we all trade incorrect mail. Our landlord spoke to the post office and told them if they are unsure to please leave in their mailbox and they would bring everyone their mail. This situation is getting worse by the day.
Have been waiting for package delivery since 11/13/22. Tracking information indicates its at the Wappingers post office. Every day when I check the tracking number information states it will be delivered by 10:00 that day (delivery date changes to the next day. It seems like the package is at the WF post office but it's never been delivered Went to the post office in person today, 12/19/22, but too many people in line for me to wait. Order for this was placed at the beginning of December

I won't give them more than 1 star i ordered a gift for our anniversary and they left it in the Pacel Locker without keys
i tried to call them and they do not answer you only have answering machine very poor service

My package got sent back due to having a “sub” post man and he did not know the apartment numbers. Had to reorder my package and I’m trying to call and let them know to look out for it and nobody answers the phone!!!!! Worst service ever.
Two large packages where left at my mailbox on a very busy road! If you can not deliver to my house, leave a ticket in my box and I will pick up. Thank goodness my neighbor grabbed the boxes instead of a stranger. I can not see my mailbox and my driveway is always cleared. There is no reason for this and I hope it doesn't happen again.

I HAVE BEEN ON NHOLD FOR OVER 45 MINUTES. THE MAIL CARRIER FOR TOWN VIEW DRIVE IS CONSTANTLY GIVING EVERYONE THE WRONG MAIL /ADDRESS AND PLACING BIG STACKS OF MAIL FOR DIFFERENT ADDRESS ON TOP OF THE MAIL BOXES! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WE AR NOT RECEIVING OUR MAIL IN THIS COMPLEX
I am at Town View Drive Vista Point Apts as well ,this is an ongoing issue, It is never resolved , the bigger problem is our mail going into other tenants mailboxes & they throw it away ! We have had important mail thrown out , I see other peoples mail in the garbage basket connected to the mail post , I have called the Wappingers Falls post office , I was told the mail is presorted , the mail carrier just puts the mail in without checking the unit number. Also packages are shoved into the mailbox & and we can NOT get them out on our end it is not as wide as the mail delivery side , they are aware of this but still continue to shove it in , THEY DO NOT CARE !!!!! NO one takes responsibility for this.

We moved approximately 3 1/2 months ago.
My wife has put in a change of address form for two businesses and our personal mail.
Despite having done a change of address, and confirmed it’s receipt. My wife has gone to the house twice and collected about 30 bills, business invoices and sensitive mail that are delivered to my old address. Covid 19 or not please deliver correctly. I’m an essential worker and don’t use excuses for improper workmanship.
I have lived in the pavilion for many years and the post office is constantly giving my mail to other residents. Some I never get and they are very important. Just the other day my ezpasses were delivered to Carnaby instead of Scarborough but the same number apartment- they DO NOT pay attention. Thank god the resident got them to me because that would have been a huge problem. I have had packages delivered to the wrong buildings as well or packages left at the bottom of the stairs and/or thrown.
Clearly, this Post Office has many negative reviews. For obvious reasons. I don’t know if our local postman is overworked, inebriated, or just incompetent. We are getting everyone’s mail on Beechwood Circle but our own. Mail that is sent to the wrong mailbox is delivered to every house except for the right one, even if the mail has been written on to direct it to the correct house. I have missed bills and important correspondence because of this persons incompetence.
I am sick of it. We received eight pieces of mail today. Every one to the wrong address. Even one that had been redirected to, again, the wrong mailbox. Get your shit together or be replaced.

Post office delivery is terrible; carrier routinely leaves notice that could not deliver because no one was home except someone IS home. The carrier just won't get out of the truck. Not surprised they are always running a deficit as unfortunately their is such a poor work ethic.
They suck, I was promised a delivery on 12/23/18. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter her for she goes back to Afghanistan. Well I did not receive it on promised date. All was ruined do to this.
I still ask myself why does she risk her life for all these self centered people in the world!!! Get over your entitlements. You are entitled to nothing! You want go out and earn it.

for some reason...we do not receive our mail every day...on 6/25/18 there was mail to be picked up, the flag was raised and yet the mailman did not come. this is a business and i know that we receive mail each and every day, why are we bypassed
Everytime I have a package that is too big for the mailbox, I am left a form to pick up at the post office. All the driver needs to do is turn down my long circular driveway before pulling up to my mailbox I know he should know he has a bigger package and is not even making an attempt to delivery it if it is too big for mailbox. This had gotten ridiculous how many time I have had to go to the post office to get my package. If a package is delivered on sunday they always deliver it so I know it can be done and it use to always be done until about 3 months ago.
I was at home all day, but the postman didn't knock the door so I miss the later,and he left the note on the floor.

For nearly a year the postal service at the Montclair complex has been terrible. The carrier walks around with a head set on, which apparently distracts her, because we were constantly getting the wrong mail. She would even sit in her car during work hours taking what clearly appeared to be non-urgent personal calls. We would constantly get the mail of other people....while our own mail would go missing. Extremely upsetting, and the manager of the Wappingers Post Office does not seem to be addressing the situation. About a year prior, we never had trouble with our mail. It's a disgrace. But, this is just my opinion.

I am having trouble get my post person to put my mail in my mail box. I have called the post office a number of time and the problem is still happening . My landlord is getting very upset would some one please contact me.
Phone number listed not in service. Consistent problem with packages not being left or damaged by forcing them into the mailbox although someone always here. Waiting for 2nd day Priority that left PO in Michigan on May 8th. Now May 13th and package tracking shows was delivered to me at 9:20 am today. No mail was delivered until around II AM and the package was not included. Why would anyone bother using the USPS?
