I have informed delivery on a specific envelope that said was being delivered was never delivered and I believe that was the envelope that contained my debit card so even the mail person has it on him still or it was stolen before I got to my mailbox my mailboxes are secured and only I have the key so therefore it's impossible for anyone else in this household who have accessed this unless he didn't put it in the mailbox either way it's missing I am on disability and I Rely heavily on my debit card and the u.s. mail to bring me what I request and what others request to send and they are not doing their job if I do not have that envelope thank you

On Tuesday, July 30th at around 11:23am, I called the Front Street office for assistance with locating a package. The sender had put the wrong address on my packages, one of which was delivered and another was on it’s way to the wrong address. The employee who answered the phone did not provide his name. After I explained the issue, he replied: “are you done?” Then he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I had the phone on speaker while at work and my coworkers and I were so shocked at his behavior. I have never had such an experience in my life. This takes the cake for worst customer experience. Such an employee has no business working in a customer service role. Someone else deserves that position. On the other hand, I called back and spoke with Claude. He went above and beyond to locate my packages. I was very relieved and grateful. He was phenomenal! Hopefully that bad apple can be replaced. He’s no good for the team.
