Question I'm looking out for my stimulus curious if you would be able to forward it to present address ? my old zip 13206 and current 13203 are through the teall ave post office. If not transfered can it be held for me and if I can be notified so I can come get it.

I mailed a parcel, Priority Mail, to Syracuse University on Nov 28th. On 11/29 it arrived in Rochester, NY. On 12/1, it departed Rochester NY and arrived at Teall Ave on 12/6. Even a person walking could beat that one. Now it is sitting at Teall Ave since then. It only has to travel less than a mile to get to Syracuse University yet it has not made in 4 days. Talk about snail mail!!! I tried calling them, but they are so messed up they do not even answer the damn phones. And this is insured, trackable mail. And the Postal Service wants to know why UPS and FedEx are so busy. Hey jerks, just look at your lousy service. Glad I paid by credit card so I can get my refund from the backcharge on the card. The service is so lousy that they don't even want to hear about it. GO BROWN!

Absolutely The WORST Post office in America. Staff does not care at ALL. I have lived here for 25 years and they consistently deliver mail to the wrong address and what's worse they NEVER have a dedicated delivery person to my home. NEVER. Each week there is a Spin the wheel on who get's the route. It's absolutely hated by postal workers. Literally every week there is someone new to the route. The managers have come and gone from Teal station like the wind. Cam (Syracuse Post master) is the worst and should be fired along with most of the employees here. I have had a package of high value delivered and I was not there to accept do they left notice. When I went down to the Teal station office, the package was STOLEN by employees. Absolutely disgusting awful service. I have documented every single issue I have over the years and it fill a notebook 50 pages long. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Horrible. If you live in the University area, expect problems and issues. Thief postal workers and drug addicts working for our once great postal service. Sickening.

Thank you to the incredible postal clerk (male) who too my call on 3/30/2020 at approx 1:25 pm PST. We had some delivery issues and he helped to get our package to my daughter. She is newly moved to the Syracuse area and trying to figure things out in a new state. If I could, I would send him out a 6pk of triple ply toilet paper. Lol

Hoping USPS gets privatized soon. Current Onondaga County/NY employees can't/won't do simple problem solving, not terribly dedicated to customer service, etc. They have no idea how good they have had it.

My daughter Katherine resided with me over the summer and when she got an apartment she put in a change of address. Since that time most of my mail went to her new address and some were just never delivered anywhere. This was supposed to stop March 9 and yet she brought over a letter today that was delivered to her 11 days after the stop date and approximately 12 days after it was originally mailed. While our names are similar, if a real (person) took the time to look one name is noticeably longer than the other. At this time there are 3 months of the original credit card statements for a particular bank that were never delivered anywhere, copies that I requested from the bank were delivered to her. The originals are still in limbo. I have visited the Taft Street PO twice in the last week and a half with no satisfaction. The last time the fellow said you were taking care of it. After I left it occurred to me he did not ask for or have my name or address. I am at my wits end chasing around making credit card because I waited too long waiting for the statements to arrive in the mail. This needs to stop ASAP. Please address this problem ASAP and stop forwarding my mail to the wrong address...And yet the junk mail gets through just fine. Thanking you in advance for a speedy end to this dilemma.

I have called the office many times!! I can never get threw !!! My mail man is awful. He delivers the mail whenever he pleases. It’s has come after 6pm !!! He puts my mail in other mail boxes multiple times !!! He has told me “I didn’t finish delivering mail yesterday, I felt ill” this is completely unacceptable!!! I had my check sent out Wednesday and it’s still not here. The mail hasn’t even been delivered today !!!! I’m beyond mad and annoyed with this post office !!!!!!! Is there someone I can call? This is so unprofessional

This location has been ringing busy for over 4 hours, literally. I am certainly feeling like someone does not feel ike working or handling concerns of the taxpayers needing assistance from their local office, and have decided to leave the phone off the hook so that getting through to them is impossible. Is this acceptable?
