I have missing mail. Important insurance papers and a check. I have Informed Daily Delivery that provides me a photo of each piece of mail to be delivered on each day.....apparently the check did reach the post office as I received a photo of the mail for that day. I never got the mail. I am trying to track this check, and I am getting the run around . I am just about losing my patience .i have never had these problems in the past, until I recently moved to a new location, plus making sure my address was filled out and personally dropped off at the p.o. Before the move .I've Called the nearby p.o. And I received a voice mail or someone who refers me to another number or another postal dept clear across the city, yet no one can help me. I find it very disturbing to have to wonder if my important mail will or will not reach me.....and better yet, with no explanation whatsoever.
