Postal Locations

I was supposed to receive a package two weeks ago. The tracking status kept showing delayed but in route. After waiting a few days with no update I contacted the post office to see if they had anymore information. The local number just rings, no one ever answers. I called the 1800 number and a case was opened. I received an immediate response from Claudio Zapata stating he was looking into the matter and then never heard from him again. It’s been 5 days so I called the 1800 number again and the automated response is showing the matter resolved. I haven’t received my package, haven’t been given a status on my claim, have never been contacted by customer service or a manager other that the auto response email, haven’t received a refund, haven’t even heard “I’m sorry”, there’s been absolutely no response at all. Now I’m waiting for a general manager to call me back to explain where my package is. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This post office truly doesn’t care about the residents they serve.

Lobby hours is not 6 am like it states above they are opening the door exactly at 10 . I cannot access to the lobby. I have to wait until 10

This post office has the worst mail carriers. I constantly recieve mail from people that haven't lived here for years, as well as sending 4129 45th st to my apt. My boyfriend's IRS check was put in someone else's mailbox or at a diff 4129 address which happens. Alot. Whomever received his check fraudulently cashed. Bottom line they do not look at apt #s. I personally have been waiting for 3 pieces of mail for 10 months. Horrible and NEEDS to be Rectified. Unhappy US postal customer

Registered No.RB530637109 US on 13th Feb,2017. But till now not receipt document please let me know me and track location with documents percel.

Mails delivered to 43-05 44 st, in Sunnyside are all over the place. Mails are put in the wrong boxes, sometimes scattered on the floor, sometimes torn up open, and these mails contain very important documents. Can you be more careful with our mails?
