I would like to commend James for finding my daughter's wallet in a mailbox and bringing it to our house. It was a very kind act and above and beyond customer service. She is a new driver that had recently obtained her license and was very upset over loosing it and her other cards. She was very thrilled to have it returned. He said he does the Manor Road route and sometimes picks up from our street. We want to praise him and for him to know how appreciative we are.

What happen to the mail box on Arlene Street 4 weeks ago it went missing in action. My bills that were place in that mail box are also missing in action. Was the mailbox stolen then found. Enquiring mines want to know.

No mail in four days now. 10306 zip code called wed the 6th said they were out no mail that day or the next day. Neither side of my street. No one answered phone today started calling at four thirty. Now what?

My parcels have been sitting in a semi since Dec 17, 2020 at the 10314 distribution center. For 6 days! Filed a complaint.... I worked for the Des Moines Iowa United States Postal Service... We also have bad weather but nothing sets that long....Need to find the truck that’s full and picks up Portraits on Gold in New York. Tired of sticking up why things are delayed and weather is not acceptable.
