Postal Locations

Why does my package sit there for days at a time and not move? And when it does move it ends up back where it started. I just want to know when can I expect my mail?

I am outraged. I mailed numerous packages to my son to go to camp lejeune at this branch and not with a argument each time that the address I was given was incorrect, but yet my son rec;ed it, the last time I was at the post office in great kills, the younger man was just so respectful, yelling at me, changing the zip code and my son still has not received the package I mailed on 02/20/18 still has not receieved this package. my son is a marine and he has to wait for things as it is, I don't think it was very nice of one of the postal employees to existed on changing a zip-code that I got from the military, not to mention calling my son a liar. These employees that work at that branch have issued and I am not going to mail anything out of there again. I have tried to find a number to call because I am just so pissed that my son has not received his package. well I can go on and on because I am upset, but I am still going to try to make a call to someone to at least teach those two men that work there they can not treat me, the military or anyone else the ways they do. they need to be retrained.
