Since our long time carrier retired in September, the service has not been great. Today I received mail for the neighbor around the corner. Different last name and completely different street. None of the mail I received was for our household. So I wondered, who has my mail? Could you hire at least ONE person who can read and knows what they are doing?

What gives with the slow mail? Letter from NJ mailed 3/27 no where to be found a week four days later? Letter from miniola took a week? is this normal?

Every time we get a new mail carrier we get weeks of not receiving our mail, but we get other people's mail. Can these carriers not read ? Our name is clearly on our mailbox. Either better training is needed or they are just plain lazy. Just had to call the local post office again. Something needs to be done about this.

Its 4 weeks not getting mail in Florida, filled application out in 2 months ago. Just seen on my Ring, a woman post worker delivering my mail in Seaford home. Also, why doesn't anyone answer the phone????????

on Saturday, 5/7 I received a sorry we missed you notice for a large envelope Priority Mail Express item. tracking #EL023098802US. told me that the item would be available on 5/9 at 11am. I went to the Seaford PO on Monday, 5/9 at about 1:30 and the item was not there. I was told that it was being redelivered to my home. I got home about hour later and lo and behold I received another sorry we missed you notice. I went back to the PO and was informed they could not reach the letter carrier and would deliver to me. My son & daughter in law paid for Priority Mail Express service and the service was not performed. I need for you to refund the cost of this service also you need to retrain your employees on how to handle this transaction. If it doesn't say signature required, it should be left. I expect to hear from you concerning this situation. I am not happy and neither is the party that paid for this service. I expect a reply ASAP and a refund.
