Tried to call about stolen item that was shipped from there. Phone rings no one ever answers. Cannot contact the postmaster. Poor example of customer service.

Lost a package that should of been sent to Granville. Spoke with someone on the phone, they told me they sent it to Granville the same day it arrived. Spoke with my post office (Granville) was told multiple times that the post did not follow protocol & now my "Black Friday special" order is lost & I was only refunded the price of what was lost... price now doubled in price & I'm out the product that I ordered for my baby. Please give TRUE facts to customers... not "guesses" nor lies.
